To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太太生日,事先thru openrice book位,備註「太太生日」四字,但未有要求食店加料,亦無預食店會我地加料。我地主要想試佢既點心,雖然款式吾算太多,但用料比較特別,普通酒樓食吾到。我地分別叫左黑椒和牛酥、花枝響鈴炸兩同鵝肝芋角。和牛酥係好食,皮鬆脆肉嫩,但略嫌太辣,蓋過左牛味(雖然我都食得辣);花枝響鈴炸兩亦上佳,花枝同響鈴吾係貴食材,但佢整得好鬆脆,炸兩底加左魚肉墊住,可能做承托,腸粉皮夠薄,正;反而鵝肝芋角我有保留,吾係話佢整得難食,只係覺得鵝肝同芋頭吾係好夾,食落好濟,但佢個炸皮都做得夠脆夠薄吾油益。最後我地叫左個流心海鹽朱古力糯米糍。重點黎啦,侍應特別係糯米糍上加左枝蠟燭,仲同我太太講生日快樂,哈哈,連我都估佢唔到....未食已甜入心。服務認真一流。最後埋單$394。
