To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能因為貴,係冇訂位情況還有位,但要一小時交枱。二人枱其實幾細張,放兩樣點心已冇位。茶叫左大紅袍,都可以。蝦餃同蝦腸正常。燒賣內有黑蒜,幾香。薑蔥龍蝦包食到粒粒龍蝦肉,味道似雞包仔。蟹肉青卷有幾多蟹肉,海膽祇是放左面,不過都新鮮。芋角是芋蓉加鵝肝醬,都香同鬆化。
