To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如題啦 食材都係貴價野價錢高 就必然啦但值得叫左最鍾意的海膽春卷味道都夾 海膽肉係爽同結實 唔係淋巴巴非常有口感 而且顏色配搭好睇食落新鮮冇怪味 要試另外 叫左個鵝肝糖心蛋好食到暈 必試流心蛋加煎炸到蕉趣變黑的鵝肝 入口太香啦 鵝肝 外趣內軟 太讚啦仲有石頭鍋和牛鵝肝飯細細粒鵝肝混入每一口飯裡頭真係好幸福架如果和牛大粒d 口感會好好多擔擔小籠包同黑豚腸粉就相比冇咁驚艷但味道都好好嘅唯投訴張枱太細兩個人都應該俾張大小小枱麻點多兩個點心就冇晒位 搞到食得好急 急住清碟有時間慢慢歎仲有個茶壺個咀 好多茶漬希望洗的時候會清潔下啦 或者定期換一下個舊膠

叫左最鍾意的海膽春卷

非常有口感 而且顏色配搭好睇
食落新鮮冇怪味 要試

另外 叫左個鵝肝糖心蛋
好食到暈 必試
流心蛋加煎炸到蕉趣變黑的鵝肝
入口太香啦 鵝肝 外趣內軟 太讚啦

仲有石頭鍋和牛鵝肝飯
細細粒鵝肝混入每一口飯裡頭
真係好幸福架
如果和牛大粒d 口感會好好多

擔擔小籠包同黑豚腸粉就相比冇咁驚艷
但味道都好好嘅

唯投訴張枱太細
兩個人都應該俾張大小小枱麻
點多兩個點心就冇晒位
搞到食得好急 急住清碟
有時間慢慢歎


仲有個茶壺個咀 好多茶漬
希望洗的時候會清潔下啦 或者定期換一下個舊膠
