To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. It was Saturday so the traffic in Pacific Place is not as bad as weekdays so my friends decided to walk it and got a table. I arrived later at the door told a waitress that I will call my friends who has already got a table inside. The waitress insisted on taking me into the inner area as if she was pretty sure my friends were sitting further in that area. I was a little shocked how chaotic the management is as your staff apparently does NOT communicate well. Food is ok, average dim sum with a pinch of “creative” fusion design but that’s it really...

This restaurant is always packed in lunch hours.  Today I finally had a chance to try.Price is expensive and likewise the service is "Pacific Place" standard.  About the food, it is definitely above average.We ordered several dim sum and a wagyu fried rice, everything is good.The only small complain is, the table is quite small and can't fit all the food.

About the food, it is definitely above average.
We ordered several dim sum and a wagyu fried rice, everything is good.
The only small complain is, the table is quite small and can't fit all the food.

- took a long time to give me the right dim sum
- kept on bringing new customers to sit right next to us even though it was more spacious on the other side of the restaurant. And it was so cramped that even the new customers later requested to move to another table.
- took a long time to give us the check (even though there were less than 10 customers in the restaurant)
- threw the receipts on the table and left without saying a word

Food was ok, I have tried their weekday lunch for a few times already. But I find that they now use more MSG than when I first tried their dim sum.

I'll never go back. It's not worth the money for such terrible service.

周末午餐時間在金鐘想吃點心,結果就選了Dim Sum Library,在門口看進店內,發現差不多每枱人客都是外國人,這果然是面向遊客的店。不過既然來到就試試看,試下一些不是最正宗,有點西式的點心是怎樣的。我們叫了三碟,分別是蒜香芝士脆脆卷、擔擔湯包和慢煮麵醬和牛面頰湯河。看英文會知道它是用Mozzarella芝士來做內涵,還會知道是有蝦的,可想言之,只懂中文是不能完全明白餐牌上的菜式的。吃下這個,會感覺到西式的芝士與中式的脆紙放在一起,沒有違和感,其實都很夾的,味道很不錯。這個是我們最失望的,但這是餐廳的招牌菜式,湯包有點羊酥味,感覺有點奇怪,不是太辣,要說有擔擔麵的味嗎?又不太覺,只有一點兒擔擔麵上的花生味道。這個有台灣牛肉麵的感覺,所以就像牛肉麵的河粉版,湯底應該是紅燒味道,所有餸菜(包括牛肉,紅蘿蔔,馬蹄)都很軟淋淋,但是馬蹄太淋了,我覺得馬蹄要有多點爽口的感覺才對,不過牛肉真的很美味!推薦要試這個的!金鐘吃午餐其實真的蠻貴,我們這樣叫了三個,再加上茶位已經三百多了,真不會常常這樣試。

這個有台灣牛肉麵的感覺,所以就像牛肉麵的河粉版,湯底應該是紅燒味道,所有餸菜(包括牛肉,紅蘿蔔,馬蹄)都很軟淋淋,但是馬蹄太淋了,我覺得馬蹄要有多點爽口的感覺才對,不過牛肉真的很美味!推薦要試這個的!

金鐘吃午餐其實真的蠻貴,我們這樣叫了三個,再加上茶位已經三百多了,真不會常常這樣試。

有朋自遠方來,就黎點心gathering. 我第一次黎,位置係PP入面,感覺高檔。星期一既晚上,餐廳入面唔多人,仲有好多檯。感覺闊落舒服,好適合gathering 。坐低無耐大概7點半到,侍應問需唔需要點菜,呢到叉燒好出名,剩返一份,洗唔洗order左先,咁我地於是就叫左份。叉燒肉質好靚,彈牙爽口,燒得啱啱好,蜜糖好夠,好好味。我覺得最好味係個黑松露蝦餃。松露味道好香,蝦好新鮮好彈牙,個皮做得好好,又唔油又唔糊,而且仲幾實淨。後來怕唔飽叫多兩個炒飯。我唔太鍾意意佢個炒飯,飯有點太乾身。

終於來了Dim Sum Library,貌似超爆,因為之前試過 book幾次都未book成🤷🏻‍♀️ 每款點心都超有特色,例如橙色擔擔麵味的小籠包,超正,春卷內包的是kimchi,是我第一次吃這種那麼特別的點心,還要坐在吧枱吃😆 炸茄子堆成小小的疊疊樂,我覺得好香好脆好正,但可能會有人覺得有點咸,不過我重口味所以都好受。其他點心都好高質,而樣靚,又食得又睇得,最緊要是夠熱,算是我吃過最正的fusion點心,超多謝manager請客~~~❤️

同朋友仔去金鐘Pacific Place 食間試正啲嘅fusion 點心菜。係果頭 除左香宮 金葉庭 萬豪 原來呢間中菜都好好味~咁價錢梗係有返咁上下看門面以為吾係好大。行到店面盡頭 原來轉個灣 係入面仲有天外有天😆 茶具黑金色 好酷。連張餐紙都用黑色。幾型。茶葉都有好多款。我地叫左香片。真係靚茶 飲落好香,吾似普通茶樓飲茶嘅苦澀味。我地點左黑松露蝦餃 脆脆芝士卷(3set顏色 幾得意)蟠絲剁椒帶子皇 黑椒和牛酥其實都飽飽地 眼闊肚窄 叫多左個黑豚肉炒粉絲。盛惠每位$300埋單。雖然食個午餐 係貴左啲 但係服務人員態度好 食物有創意 非一般 最緊要好味 食吾到有味精(條脷會話)。咁間吾中一次 或者黎慶祝 我都覺得值嘅就豪一次咁多啦!

每次經過這間餐廳都被它的裝修吸引,特別是點心餐廳,裝修好「型」!終於有機會試試!...對食物質素及服務非常失望。我們一家三口坐下,過了10分鐘(期間催了2次)仍冇人拿茶壺及茶杯過來。而座位一旁就有個work station 放著十幾盤預先倒好的豉油。終於等到野食...真的十分十分普通。那豚肉腸粉沒有驚喜,肉質乾及實。那帶子炒飯,燒賣都還過得去吧,跟普遍茶樓分別不大。鹹水角好油膩。失望。坐在最入面的房間,好嘈。我想我們不會再去的。
