To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素不過不失,上菜速度還算是ok, 前期服務周到,我哋有一位BB,侍應生都會幫我哋將啲餸菜放得距離BB遠啲,唯獨之後有一位男侍應比較麻煩,多次催促我們時間到,而且表達方式令人唔太舒服。離開嘅時候,我地有一位媽媽,BB需要先整理好,收拾好才可以出發離座,但男侍應在見到我哋在整理中卻依然過嚟催促,真係比較無語,心諗可唔可以理解一下新手媽媽,俾佢咁樣催促一下,大家都踢晒腳。最後只能感嘆一句:一餐1500蚊嘅lunch 食到茶餐廳式的服務。

During our visit, we had the pleasure of savoring an extensive range of dim sum and hot dishes:
Wagyu beef puff with black pepper
Dandan xiao long bun
Black truffle har bao
Black garlic siu mai
Yu xiang crispy pork dumplings
Stir-fried wagyu beef with pepper and basil
Lettuce with prawn paste
Scallop fried rice
Soy-braised E-fu noodles with prawns
Cashew panna cotta

One outstanding dish that we particualrly enjoyed is the wagyu beef puff. Adorned with a flaky and crispy exterior, this delectable delight concealed within it tender wagyu beef, coated in a tantalizing black pepper sauce. I love the interplay of contrasting textures and flavors.

Another surprise was the dandan xiaolong bun. Paying homage to the traditional xiaolong bun, it has such thin, delicate skin and upon the first bite, unleashed a burst of piping hot soup. The juicy pork filling, imbued with a delightful hint of spiciness.

My personal favorite was the Black Truffle Shrimp Dumpling. Encased within a chewy dumpling skin, there is the succulent shrimp filling, infused with the aromatic essence of earthy black truffle that permeated each bite.
