To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹我嚟試下呢間dim sum library!話幾高質!仲有bar枱添!確實無論食物同裝修都夠晒fusion!海膽蟹肉春卷 $92 四件Signature打卡菜式!😻 春卷香脆可口,算乾身唔多油,蟹肉沙律可解炸春卷嘅油膩,面層嘅海膽唔腥!但無咩味咁~黑蒜燒賣 $78 四件有綠色同黃色,幾靚~面層有蝦仁,咬落內餡除咗蟹籽,仲有黑蒜~幾香幾惹味!黑蒜燒賣夠特別!鹹魚帶子炒飯 $188炒飯炒得乾身,鹹魚唔算鹹,估計咁搶fo嘅炒飯由紅菜頭入色嘅,又係好啱打卡! 但個人覺得食落同普通鹹魚炒飯冇咩特別大分別
