因為我哋得兩個人食,叫咗唔係好多餸。上枱見到手切安格斯牛啲色水已經好靚,食落個味道好鮮,牛肉都好腍👍另外叫咗打邊爐必備嘅牛柏葉,響鈴,貢丸同埋生菜等等。牛柏葉以喺火鍋店嘅份量嚟講算係多,煲一煲就好腍,唔韌。另外仲叫咗筍片,不過係細佬鍾意食,我就冇特別試到啦,細佬話都唔錯喎。

本身諗住開開心心食個母親節飯,叫了1個花膠雞湯底(半隻雞)$308,雞湯是不錯的,但沒有膠質,花膠也是爽的完全無膠質。另外再叫了一份本地手切牛肉$338但是完全沒有牛味的,非常失望。再叫了一份黑松露鮮肉雲吞$60 四粒和響鈴,但雲吞的豬肉是臭的,應該是存放太久,肉已經壞了,小朋友咬了一口也問點解咁嘅味。。。向職員反映但他們沒有理會,態度亦不太友善,感覺非常差,最後埋單$980,以後都唔會再幫襯!!!

之前睇OpenRice見到咁多好評,即管去試吓,湯底叫咗花膠雞煲,個湯還可以,都有三、四嚿花膠,不過都係加味精,但$308一個湯底,一啲都唔值,如果要加返原湯,又要加多百幾蚊。叫咗一碟美國肥牛$300細細碟,肉質麻麻地。墨魚滑$138一份,細細Pat咁,感覺唔係太新鮮。其他食材亦都非常普通,但兩個人食咗$1100,論環境、服務、食物一啲都唔值呢個價錢,我就一定唔會再去。用呢個價錢可以食到更好嘅火鍋。呢度又窄又迫,還好嗰日去唔多人,如果唔係應該又嘈、坐得更加唔舒服。

一向好中意食花膠雞,所以今次就揀左哩間係厚福街嘅樓上餐廳同朋友食飯火鍋配料有好多選擇,海鮮、肉類、丸類,相當齊全,飲品方面仲有自家製飲品例如桂花酸梅湯、紅棗桂圓茶等等選擇首先一定要點花膠雞啦,我地2個人,所以點左個細嘅,有半隻雞,花膠份量好多,食得出質素唔錯個湯底好好飲,唔覺有味精,我同朋友都飲左2-3碗,相當推薦食完花膠雞可以叫店員加湯變打邊爐,我地叫左澳洲牛展肉、原條野生竹笙王、爆汁牛丸、炸魚皮、唐生菜、脆肉鯇魚片。幾樣嘢質素都好好,原條竹笙王吸晒個湯啲精華,好好食。爆汁牛丸一咬落去差啲噴到件衫,但好滿足。鯇魚片好新鮮,鍾意食魚嘅一定要叫。每日食物嘅份量都唔少,我哋兩個人食到好飽,呢間嘢值得推薦!

食完花膠雞可以叫店員加湯變打邊爐,我地叫左澳洲牛展肉、原條野生竹笙王、爆汁牛丸、炸魚皮、唐生菜、脆肉鯇魚片。幾樣嘢質素都好好,原條竹笙王吸晒個湯啲精華,好好食。爆汁牛丸一咬落去差啲噴到件衫,但好滿足。鯇魚片好新鮮,鍾意食魚嘅一定要叫。

一直都很喜歡飲濃厚嘅花膠雞湯,今次趁復活節假期同朋友一齊嚟試吓。寫紙仔點菜後店員便會奉上醬料兜供顧客調製自己嘅醬料。這天和友人二人點了小份量的花膠濃湯雞鍋,上菜時便見到花膠雞湯嘅色澤金黃色令人食指大動,影相後店員便會幫我們將花膠和雞剪開,入面有雞半隻,和大大片花膠,份量充足。 飲品叫左酸梅湯同鹹檸7解滯同消燥。 先飲湯再打邊爐,湯嘅味道濃厚,好飲,雞肉吾會老身。我哋每人飲咗兩碗先至打邊爐,配料叫左有安格斯手切牛肉、響鈴、胡椒豬肚貢丸、和牛骨髓,牛肉雪花紋靚牛肉味重好食,值得一提係牛骨髓索湯後質感似牛油味的豆腐同胡椒豬肚貢丸入面真係有豬肚,口感特別。

復活節假期,決定留港消費,振興經濟。所以,決定試吓一路好想食,但不是連鎖店的一些小店。昨天,去咗食呢個花膠雞湯火鍋。之前聽人講依度嘅花膠雞湯做湯底超正,所以一直都好想試吓。坐低都未叫嘢食嘅時候,我諗都未諗就已經叫咗個花膠湯雞湯(原來有分多人同小人嘅份量,我同老公兩個人就叫咗個細嘅,但係都有半隻雞。)一上枱,嘩!超多花膠!正!個服務員話我哋最好在未打邊爐之前先飲一至兩碗花膠雞湯,說這個湯底是師傅每天有煲的。因為太正嘅關係,我同老公忍唔住每人飲咗三至四碗,超補及超抵(我哋差唔多飲晒成個湯底😅)!之後,他們再加上去的就是豬骨湯底,我們用來打邊爐。我個人覺得依度一定要叫安格斯牛肉,超級好食!果然係一分錢一分貨。為咗喺有限嘅budget之下食好嘢,我哋今次冇食海鮮。如果多啲人嘅話,我諗我都會叫份海鮮試吓。之後,我哋點咗啲平時少食嘅牛骨水和鮮筍片,依度嘅質素都好高。另外我哋試咗胡椒豬肚貢丸,真係有成粒豬肚喺裏面,而且粒貢丸仲有胡椒味,感覺好似飲緊胡椒豬肚湯,都幾正!最後,我哋叫咗平時一定必要嘅冬瓜和響鈴。雖然埋單都真係唔平,但因為我哋想將去旅行嘅錢留喺香港食咗佢,所以,一餐可以飽到當兩餐食,因為食

之後,他們再加上去的就是豬骨湯底,我們用來打邊爐。我個人覺得依度一定要叫安格斯牛肉,超級好食!果然係一分錢一分貨。

為咗喺有限嘅budget之下食好嘢,我哋今次冇食海鮮。如果多啲人嘅話,我諗我都會叫份海鮮試吓。

之後,我哋點咗啲平時少食嘅牛骨水和鮮筍片,依度嘅質素都好高。另外我哋試咗胡椒豬肚貢丸,真係有成粒豬肚喺裏面,而且粒貢丸仲有胡椒味,感覺好似飲緊胡椒豬肚湯,都幾正!最後,我哋叫咗平時一定必要嘅冬瓜和響鈴。

雖然埋單都真係唔平,但因為我哋想將去旅行嘅錢留喺香港食咗佢,所以,一餐可以飽到當兩餐食,因為食物質素高質,如果按一日兩餐及人頭計算,計埋每人大概返$250左右,都抵嘅!

朋友外地回港想打邊爐又要飲靚湯,諗起之前食過尖沙咀“鮮入圍煮”花膠雞湯好正先食“花膠雞湯鍋”店員會幫手將雞慢慢剪開,又有禮貌慢慢解釋方便客人品嚐,主角出場,大大隻厚身香滑彈牙花膠,雞湯鮮甜超超濃郁到哇一聲,雞肉又香又嫩滑每人飲2碗湯都飽咗1半,雞湯好有膠質感覺好滋補👍👍飲完湯再點其他配料打邊爐:🐄澳洲和牛牛展細細件切薄片牛味重小小煙韌好味🐠中山脆肉鯇骨腩厚身大大件入口脆卜卜魚油香勁濃又鮮味,貴州野生竹笙王打邊爐必叫超大條厚身又爽口,索曬原汁原味花膠雞湯,真係無得輸👍牛骨汁濃湯牛丸一咬就爆濃湯超爽,質感彈牙整體仍保持到以往食材質素,花膠雞湯鍋好出色,配任何材料蔬菜都吸晒所有雞湯精華,難怪可以取到咁多食評獎👍

又有禮貌慢慢解釋
方便客人品嚐,
主角出場,
大大隻厚身香滑彈牙花膠,
雞湯鮮甜超超濃郁到哇一聲,
雞肉又香又嫩滑
每人飲2碗湯都飽咗1半,
雞湯好有膠質
感覺好滋補👍👍
