在馬鞍山踩完單車,便來到石門陳根記吃晚膳,並叫了三道菜。第一道是金妹海蜇手撕雞(例牌)。手撕雞以海蜇,金妹牌火腿,青瓜作配料,並配上泰式辣汁。海蜇份量合適,入口爽口,帶點微辣。手撕雞肉質帶點粉,不過沒有雪味,有的地方的手撕雞會淡而無味,而陳根記的則略帶鹹味。第二道是估你唔到腸粉。菜如其名,確實估你唔到咁好味!腸粉外脆內軟,帶有出前一丁麻油麵味粉的味道,加上碎牛,酸酸甜甜而且帶有微辣,十分惹味。最後一道是粟米石斑,石斑炸得熱辣辣,亦十分厚身,魚肉亦不乾,帶有魚味,不過略嫌粟米汁太淡。陳根記搬過舖後風味依舊,舊有裝修至少能保存九成,最欣賞是連地板都保留原有面貌,唯獨價錢高了不少,無以前咁抵食。雖然並無服務可言,但仍要加一服務費。

第二道是估你唔到腸粉。菜如其名,確實估你唔到咁好味!腸粉外脆內軟,帶有出前一丁麻油麵味粉的味道,加上碎牛,酸酸甜甜而且帶有微辣,十分惹味。

自從東菇亭無左 就一直都好掛住呢個味道

其實佢呢間大排檔都好有潮州打冷既感覺,呢度都有潮州打冷鹵水野食架,今晚我地高揀左個招牌鹵水鵝,呢個係例牌既大小黎,其實份量都幾多,雖然鵝既下面亦其實係有豆腐放底,不過佢既件數才都夠多
