今晚一家人黎左陳根記當懷緬昔日時光,宜家既環境當然好過以前大排檔,光亮乾淨。除咗菜單,佢仲吊左好多餐牌在頂,好有懷舊風。小菜選擇多,仲有每日一特價,今日剛好係我鍾意既醉翁烏頭,都幾大條,再凍啲就更正!另外叫左假翅銀芽,即係炒粉絲,微辣,有d好似八角定花椒既獨特味道,十分香口,我幾鍾意。西檸軟雞真係幾軟,d雞唔會炸到硬哂,加埋個酸味味檸汁,好開胃。菜心炒牛肉夠鑊氣,菜心新鮮好甜,牛肉份量都多。最驚喜係呢度都有甜品食,叫左個鮮芒果拿破崙同榴連班戟,兩個都好味呀!

一直聽聞大排檔陳根記小菜出名,難得於石門開分店,當然要掹著家人一起試試!入到去見環境十分特別,裝修得像之前禾輋大排檔一樣,很有親切感見到打冷檔內不斷新鮮炸蠔餅,當然要點一份來試試!質素果然不錯,炸得香脆,十分多蠔仔,而且食落鮮味,有大酒樓的水準另外點了鴛鴦椒炆倉魚,倉魚煎香後再淋上有紅椒,黃椒炮製而成的醬汁,酸酸甜甜,食落有少少辣味,十分惹味!再點了菜心炒鮮魷,鮮魷十分厚肉,分量十足,肉質實淨,吃得出是新鮮貨,高質白灼鵝腸咬落爽口,配上特製豉油,蔥段,芽菜,鮮味十足同場更有甜品店,點了一款芒果脆卷,都十分好吃!值得推薦這間小菜店!

同事說很久沒吃香港地道味道了, 二話不說即晚齊腳走去石門的陳根記跟以前禾輋村的裝修類同, 人聲依然沸騰, 舊有大排檔風味餐廳有新嘗試, 自家製的韭菜餃, 餃子皮好滑, 不留神差點整隻吞下; 菲菜滿滿的脹滿餃子, 充滿菲菜香菜餚很快的全上了, 一貫陳根記特式今天點了醉雞, 酒香濃郁, 雞肉也帶酒香上湯節瓜魚肚煮雞什, 節瓜湯夠清甜, 平日的雞什多是濃味的炒煮, 今日配上節瓜湯反有另一種滋味鴛鴦椒炆倉魚, 帶微辣又帶甜, 魚肉保持嫩滑, 最快被吃光山哥BB豬 - 非常香口的豬皮, 咬下去脆脆的; 豬肉帶脂肪 , 咬來有點油脂, 肥瘦度恰恰好不能不叫的香煎蠔餅, 一定要新鮮熱辣吃最惹味是夜唯一的菜類- 八珍豆腐煲, 煲底的菇非常入味, 跟豆腐一樣出色
