陳根記大排檔不嬲都食開,之前會刻意過去禾輋食,夠地道風味!自從搬左鋪,今次就等一次過泥食!地址係石門站一出個商場就到,好易見到。好特別大排檔開係商場入面,但裝修風格都係大排檔🤣🤣大排檔既枱凳,大排檔既地板,大排檔既天花,大排檔既防水防風膠布,仲要自己寫字落單,我覺得自己真係坐係大排檔入面食野!食物無變,餐牌依舊✌🏻銀芽假翅:其實係芽菜炒粉絲,應該加左孜然粉,好香。粉絲q彈,吾係淋patpat!芽菜爽口,一齊炒又香又好食!馬拉盞炒通菜;必食啦,夠鑊氣,炒得香吾會太油!份量一大碟㗎!琵琶豆腐:係豆腐入面有魚肉撈埋,然後搓成波波去炸煎。好大粒,一份12粒🤣真係食一兩粒都夠。Wasabi 沙拉骨:味道奇夾!大家都知陳根記有名wasabi手撕雞,但呢個沙拉骨都好好食!個醬淡淡香wasabi味吾攻鼻,排骨煎到好香口,拌勻沙律醬鹵味拼盤:上枱仲熱㗎!出煙㗎!平時食通常凍冰冰,但呢度食係暖㗎!拼盤排得好靚,有紅腸,豆腐,鵝肉,豬耳,牛展,魷魚,生腸,蛋,好多好豐富一大碟!滷得好入味又吾咸薑蔥田雞煲:好多薑蔥,都應該有2隻田雞。爆到好香,田雞肉好滑呢韮菜餃一份有9隻,自家製。好大隻,好多材料。乾炒牛河:好大一碟,牛肉片都好多。不過覺得吾多夠味,不過加辣椒醬就岩岩好!河粉吾會痴住一pat,一條條吾會太碎大濕。食落吾覺勁油不錯食完飯當然會食甜品,我地點左兩款芒果一口酥:有8件,一啖食入口好冰火,去order 係你面前既炸,外面pancake皮又脆又熱,入面芒果凍冰冰,雙重口感芒果腸粉:外面係用椰汁蒟蒻造成的腸粉皮,入面包住芒果再加芒果汁!,好得意🤣呢度真係好多人食,我地平日去都好多人,好彩6點幾就去拎位,如果遲左真係座無虛席要等,完全保留舊風味,價錢平民既大排檔! continue reading

喺沙田禾輋邨幾乎無人不曉嘅大牌檔”陳根記”搬左去石門京瑞二期一個勁大嘅地鋪, 唸起好耐之前同大同食過好幾次, 印象最深刻莫過於身後總有人等緊你張枱次次都倒野食落肚. 而家新鋪乾淨超多, 亦唔會有人企正後面睇住你食嘅情況. 陳根記由禾輋搬到石門都無嚟過食。今晚兒時朋友可由日本返嚟聚一聚,選左回憶餐廳之一既佢。環境靚左、光左、乾淨左好多。每日一特價,今日大發呀。烏頭係好多好多好多年前價錢。本身想食必食既手撕雞,但廢時兩樣凍菜,就要左烏頭。醉翁烏頭 $50街市都要買廿幾蚊,依加$50整埋有得食。仲係到估醉翁係乜,花雕酒就上場!點豆瓣醬就食過,芫茜花雕配搭就第一次。肉多多,白白實實。有食醉雞風味,魚腩位比較吸花雕味道又有油脂,不錯。薑蔥肉蟹 $175皮薄肉脆,勁易去皮殼。食咗兩隻蟹鉗都仲有,就話啦究竟有幾多個蟹蓋 - 兩個。oh有兩隻蟹,食到牙軟,哈哈!咸左d,獲氣出煙地道既。川味腩肉豆腐煲 $75一上枱,隔離枱即刻問咩菜,就話叫一個!哈哈,食飯都燒到隔離枱!豆腐同埋腩肉都癡滿晒辣椒種子同埋芝麻,好香口,少少辣!豆腐內部滑脫脫,點返少少川辣汁,幾野味。腩肉都唔會太肥,贊同。幾好配飯食!豉汁排骨陳村粉 $78蒸蒸原汁原味。排骨都幾多,每件一口肉。豉汁蒸排骨真係中餐煮法,朋友勁開心。話好耐無食過咁多鑊氣既食物,今晚食回哂。豬肉多過陳村粉,見到其他枱叫炒飯炒麵勁大份。芒果一口脆賣哂,一如以往要快手叫定。下次回來再食吧! continue reading

位於沙田石門京瑞廣場二期地下5號舖的陳根記,主打大牌檔小炒。以前這大牌檔位於禾輋,近來搬了過來石門。地磚的設計也沿用了以前「冬菇亭」的設計,整體的環境充滿特色。餐牌上有過百款菜式,圖文並茂,不同的菜式圖片也掛在大排檔之上,只要抬高頭便能看到。十三香炸蝦來到了,愛辣之人一定相當喜歡,湯底鹹香濃郁,辣椒味層次分明。家人十分喜愛鹹鹹的炸蝦,十分入味。炸蝦約有十隻,份量充足。底下還有吸滿了湯汁的粉絲。半隻燒鵝來到了,如果兩個人來到,擔心份量太多,可以點例牌燒鵝,份量約四份一隻燒鵝。燒烤賣相十分美觀,排得整整齊齊,而且約有二十多件鵝件,份量充足。燒鵝味道不錯,朋友則覺得燒鵝肉質能再鬆化多少許。是日精選優惠小菜為 豉油王乳鴿,點了一隻,四個人分享。乳鴿十分入味,能嚐到相當濃郁的醬油味,而且肉質相當鬆化。剛上桌時襯熱吃,味道更佳。點了一客金銀蛋浸時菜,當天則選了菠菜。整體菜式味道頗濃,而且鹹蛋和皮蛋的份量十分慷慨充足,相當足夠。熱騰騰的 八珍豆腐煲 來到了,材料十分豐富,有冬菇、豬膶、魷魚片等,而且約有五件豆腐,伴飯相當不錯。 continue reading
