今日嚟到大圍食好嘢,一於去呢間老字號新強記酒家試吓佢最馳名嘅燒鵝同乳鴿先。首先叫左兩隻乳鴿,皮都幾脆而且多肉,唔使醮淮鹽已夠曬入味。之後叫了1/4 下燒鵝皮薄香脆,肉質夠厚,最緊要係唔會話太肥。粟米斑塊用真正石斑肉做,連我啲平時唔係幾食魚嘅人都覺得ok好食。椒鹽魷魚炸得酥脆,魷魚肉質彈牙。琵琶豆腐平時喺出邊都好難食到,因為好考功夫,呢度有得食真係喜出望外!食飽飽後還有紅豆沙或綠豆沙作甜品,真是大滿足最後要一提係侍應服務態度好好,很殷勤兼有人情味,抵讚👍
