芝士焗西蘭花: 好多芝士,絕對唔姑寒! 焗到好香,西蘭花熟嘅程都岩岩好,少少爽口咁。
雞湯浸娃娃菜: 好多菇菇同娃娃菜,好清甜嘅感覺,岩晒健康嘅我

好滿意今晚嘅晚餐,又唔貴,又健康,又好味! 正,以後都可能黎食

現在已經很難在香港找到冰室的蹤影了,所以今天就要懷舊一下,試一下他們的招牌瑞士雞翼和雞脾。 點了一個蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋,再加一個瑞士雞脾。蕃茄湯很濃,有看到蕃茄的蹤影,再加上嫩嫩的炒蛋,挺不錯的。瑞士雞脾的瑞士汁很濃,樣子很黑,本來以為會很咸,可以吃到口就覺得甜甜的,很好吃,很快就被我大口大口地吃光了。即使沒有餐飲,份量已很足夠, 已經有八成飽了。不過一場來到,當然要試一下好久沒喝過的紅豆冰了。紅豆冰真的好好喝,有很多好豆,而且又覺冰,很涼快。不過吸管口太窄了,紅豆都上不來了。

有段時間冇嚟過呢間樓下冰室呢間餐廳嘅特色就係, 大部份餐都係用返茄做材料。叫咗啲蛋免治牛肉飯,隻荷包蛋煮得好熟不是半生熟的,味道普普通通啲免治牛肉,幾好食,有夠重嘅蕃茄味,酸酸甜甜的味道,同其他勉之牛肉唔同嘅地方,就係佢有香草味,整體來講,呢個飯到OK,食到好飽,如果係女仔好大機會食唔晒。跟住,又叫多碟小食瑞士雞肶,隻雞肶嘅甜豉油味都幾濃郁,入晒味,唔太鹹,係呢度嘅招牌小食,都值得一試。

蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋配招牌瑞士雞脾($48)湯,是淡而無味的,雖然有番茄塊係裡面,同埋紅到紅紅的湯,但一食落口就知道佢煮的時間不夠,對比番X門真是爭太遠 唯一可取就係個瑞士雞脾,好入味,肉都好林,夠哂大隻價錢方面是可以接受的,五十蚊有找,唔包括飲品。

路過路德圍見呢間茶餐廳個裝修幾特別, 就試試看吧。裏面裝修有點冰室味道的寫著紅豆冰,龍眼冰的膠版掛在牆,樓底甚高。我朋友叫了咖喱牛腩飯配咸檸七, 份量充夠,咖喱中的棷味甚香, 牛腩好林, 不算辣,值得一試。仲叫了一個滑蛋蕃茄面配瑞士脾, 老實講我對他的蕃茄湯底十分有興趣,鮮甜不是加重糖的死甜, 十分自然, 滑蛋份量不多, 混在面裏一齊食好滑蛋味好香, 一流。輪到個瑞士脾, 雞腿好滑又大隻, 瑞士汁微微咸了一點, 但配合個面一齊食剛剛好,強烈推介。
