呢度嘅小炒亦做得非常好,炒得好夠鑊氣!韭菜花炒鹹肉,呢個餸雖然好普通,但係味道真係夠晒驚喜!首先,佢哋個鹹肉切得啱啱好,肥瘦相間,煎到啱啱好嘅脆口感。
而韭菜花嘅新鮮度同埋炒得啱啱好,保持咗脆身又唔會太老。佢哋嘅調味做得好,鹹香中帶點微微辣,非常開胃,我同朋友都一啖接一啖不斷食,如果飲埋啤酒簡直係一流,值得推介!

總括來講,呢度每道菜都表現出潮州烹調嘅精髓。特別係滷水鵝同蠔仔餅,佢哋嘅美味程度令人心滿意足。下次一定會再來!

如果想食螄蚶、黃酒雞,第一時間就會諗起「明記」。秘製凍螄蚶($128)保持水準,醬汁酸酸甜甜,螄蚶肉鮮味。客家黃酒雞(半隻)($160)湯底酒味濃,材料足,雞件滑,夠哂補。鹵水鵝($148)份量適中,啖啖肉,冇咩骨,鵝肉唔嚡有咬口,鹵水味唔過咸。豆腐花生墊底。韮菜豬紅($88)大大碗,粗略估計都有廿粒以上。豬紅有質感唔會一夾就爛,調味醬汁夠哂濃,微辣。少量韮菜有啲韌。菠蘿咕嚕肉($118)豬柳條啖啖肉,肉質軟腍,無骨,青椒紅椒加菠蘿,味道正常。豬油渣蝦乾生炒菜心苗($118)火喉差少少,冇乜鑊氣,少少偏濕、偏油膩。1L大凍檸檬茶($36)超大杯,用大啤酒杯裝。另收加一服務費,沒有茶錢,但有一碟小食($20)。星期五/六,用餐時間2小時。

鹵水鵝($148)
份量適中,啖啖肉,冇咩骨,鵝肉唔嚡有咬口,鹵水味唔過咸。豆腐花生墊底。

韮菜豬紅($88)
大大碗,粗略估計都有廿粒以上。豬紅有質感唔會一夾就爛,調味醬汁夠哂濃,微辣。少量韮菜有啲韌。

菠蘿咕嚕肉($118)
豬柳條啖啖肉,肉質軟腍,無骨,青椒紅椒加菠蘿,味道正常。

豬油渣蝦乾生炒菜心苗($118)
火喉差少少,冇乜鑊氣,少少偏濕、偏油膩。

1L大凍檸檬茶($36)

兩個人食飯,叫餸真係一個問題,好多嘢想試但係又驚食唔晒,例如好似今晚咁樣,我個friend就想食滷水鵝片,至於我就想食滷水拼盤,不過Menu上面又好似冇咁嘅combination,好彩問一問夥計哥哥,佢即刻話可以滷水拼盤加鵝片,不過個價錢就會比起拼其他嘢貴少少,我哋話冇問題呀,因為滷水鵝片本身就貴啲㗎啦。佢呢個份量唔錯,$208,啱晒兩個人,唔會太多又唔會太少,最緊要係可以一次過滿足晒兩個願望。韭菜豬紅都唔錯,少少辣幾好味。呢度嘅炸鮮奶有驚喜,雖然佢個皮就厚咗少少,不過入面嘅鮮奶又香又滑。

以前讀書時期,一大班人成日食打冷,畢業後就很少,今日同男朋友重拾打冷的味道👅潮式蠔仔餅芫荽味十分香,蠔餅厚度適中,香脆,啖啖咬落都有蠔,而且大大隻又唔腥風味京蔥豬頸肉鑊氣小菜份量很多 豬頸肉爽口,京蔥帶略略甜味,增添香氣,忍不住一啖接一啖豉汁蒸魚雲粵菜的經典簡單的豆豉和蒜蓉便能帶出魚的鮮味魚肉口感嫩滑,男友最喜歡魚雲的半透明膠狀,立刻補充膠原蛋白大大杯檸檬茶 1000mL 真係超大杯!本身打冷嘅檸檬茶無抱太大期望,結果十分有水準,檸檬酸而不澀,茶底又香又濃夏天熱辣辣 一個字:爽!!!分享一個冷知識看到店內的介紹才知道打冷的意思,原來唔係潮州話,是「打round」,以前客人跟店主說打個冷,打個轉,看看有咩好食、再落單。有趣!有趣!
