一坐低叫完餸等左一陣出左一兩道菜就冇再出菜,問職員先知廚房有問題出唔到菜,但同時見隔離台不斷有菜上,想同經過職員了解情況,佢回覆有咩事問經理,咁叫佢麻煩叫經理過黎,職員回覆你自己出去搵經理,出到去搵經理佢話廚房出唔到熱食,可以叫冷盤,但一行十多人冇可能成晚只食冷盤,問可否叫外賣到場食用現場我地照幫襯酒水,被一口拒絕,本人一心只想解決十幾人晚餐問題,你知依家餐廳收得早,十幾人夜晚9點幾冇訂位好難搵到另一間餐廳坐得落咁多人,餐廳職員完全冇心解決問題,最後只提供9折完全冇責任心去解決問題,問心間野唔係平,仲要咁既服務態度!

一坐低叫完餸等左一陣出左一兩道菜就冇再出菜,問職員先知廚房有問題出唔到菜,但同時見隔離台不斷有菜上,想同經過職員了解情況,佢回覆有咩事問經理,咁叫佢麻煩叫經理過黎,職員回覆你自己出去搵經理,出到去搵經理佢話廚房出唔到熱食,可以叫冷盤,但一行十多人冇可能成晚只食冷盤,問可否叫外賣到場食用現場我地照幫襯酒水,被一口拒絕,本人一心只想解決十幾人晚餐問題,你知依家餐廳收得早,十幾人夜晚9點幾冇訂位好難搵到另一間餐廳坐得落咁多人,餐廳職員完全冇心解決問題,最後只提供9折完全冇責任心去解決問題,問心間野唔係平,仲要咁既服務態度!

今日嚟咗呢一間喺荃灣嘅潮州打冷食飯。雖然我哋係九點幾嘅時間去食,但係晚市依然仲係好多人。一坐低有魚仔同酸菜奉上。魚仔唔算好硬好乾,帶點咸香; 酸菜嘅酸味balance得恰到好處。滷水雜拼 ($160)完全係大件夾抵食呀,有豬耳、墨魚、紅腸、鵝腸、大腸、五花肉、豬頭肉、鴨腎、豆芽。份量都多而且夠哂滷水味。好啱送酒! Sapporo細蠔仔肉碎粥 ($78)細嘅原來都咁大碗,一人可以食幾碗,真係估唔到。蠔仔唔係話超級肥大,但勝在份量足,配上方魚同土魷令成個粥倍加鮮味。黃金鮮魷 ($148)可惜去到晚市事段已經冇晒九肚魚,只好點鮮魷。黃金鮮魷用咗鹹蛋黃嚟炸,食落滿滿嘅鹹蛋濃香,外脆內軟,而且個炸皮又唔會話好厚。不過食到最後開始覺得有d咸,最好有白食送下口。石鍋啫芥蘭 ($108)芥蘭煲非常之有鑊氣,芥蘭幼嫩唔老,條條都好翠綠多汁。最後埋單人均三百幾。

前兩日去荃灣探朋友,晚上一齊去打冷,餐廳在一樓,經過一條長樓梯,起初以為餐廳好細,推門一進,原來都有好多枱,有好多食客。韮菜豬紅,我們點了細的,但份量都幾多,豬紅好滑,但不會散,很入味,辣辣的又不太辣,好惹味,韮菜亦爽脆,比以往食的好味。蠔仔肉碎粥,是打冷必點的,蠔仔都好多,沒有腥味,粥底夠入味,有鮮香,三人食都足夠有餘。潮式蠔仔餅,與台灣的蚵仔煎完全不同,這店的是很酥脆的,帶咸香,蠔仔與粉醬比例通中,加些魚露和辣醬更能提升鮮味,入口非常香脆。小炒皇,用料十足,用大蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚、腰果、韮菜等一齊炒,想唔香都難,加上韮菜夠新鮮,十分爽脆,入口感覺是咸香鮮脆,夠惹味。薯仔一口牛,牛柳粒軟滑,炒得夠香,但主角是薯仔,每件外層都有微脆香甜的感覺,個個都爭著食薯仔。雖牛柳好味,可是薯仔更好味。大檸Tea,果然名符其實超大,一杯有一升,三個人都夠飲,而且有成果檸檬,以前未見過檸茶可以有那麼多檸檬。
