近排做嘢好忙,成日都OT到好夜難得可以準時收工,所以就約朋友去食飯吹吹水同吐苦水,所以我哋就揀咗喺荃灣好鍾意食嘅明記大排檔去食因為我哋都有一段時間冇去,發現裝修咗,所以坐得舒服咗好多,令我哋傾偈都更加開心滷水雜拼加鵝件-$208呢個係我同朋友必叫嘅,因為勝在咩都有,啱晒我哋口味,呢個雜拼有齊晒鵝腸,豬腩肉,紅腸,墨魚,大腸等等咁當然有我哋最鍾意食鵝件啦,料都幾多,滷水味啱啱好,入味得來,但又唔會太鹹,啲鵝腸同大腸雖然清得好乾淨,但仲有少少調味嘅肥膏喺度,我哋都讚口不絕,而墨魚夠晒爽口蛋,滷水鵝肉質鮮嫩,呢個係必叫的椒鹽白飯魚-$128呢個選用嘅白飯魚比出面見到嘅大,食得好爽快,而且炸得好香脆,好惹味,好送飯啊!超大杯檸檬茶-$38個檸檬茶大杯到我哋兩個人都可以啱啱好,一路食大排檔嘅味又香口嘅嘢食,一路飲啲杯檸檬茶,超級爽快總結,明記超級好食,裝修咗之後環境又好咗,服務又好,下次可以搵多啲人再嚟試吓下佢其他食物

黃金鮮魷~鮮魷披上薄薄香口脆漿,再蘸有鹹香金沙,冶味好食!

菠蘿咕嚕肉~脢頭肉質軟滑,蘸用薄薄粉漿炸香,口感細膩,酸酸甜甜的薄獻汁勁開胃,送飯一流  ,伴咕嚕肉的青椒、紅椒、紅洋蔥和鮮菠蘿色澤鮮吸引。

前菜:

自家製菜圃~爽脆、味道不過鹹、無渣。

魚乾仔~甘香可口有咀嚼口感,沒有魚腥味。

自家製辣椒油~香而不太辣,很適合我,也是怕辣之選。

約朋友去夜宵大概晚上九點多到這荃灣打冷老店,現在晚上人已不多,從前都是大排隊的。到時老規矩一上來給了點花生和葉菜(收費的)。之後點了幾個滷水凍魚:炒蜆等等普通潮汕打冷小菜。滷水配凍魚有套餐但是如果改滷水鵝是不行的加價錢也不行,味道就和其他店都差不多沒有什麼特別驚喜。另滷水配凍魚有套餐但是如果改滷水鵝是不行的價錢也不行。另我們三個人點了六支啤酒,但是服務態度就可圈可點服務員啤酒來的時候叫我們自己把茶杯上的茶自己倒掉用來喝啤酒,其實再攞幾個杯用來喝啤酒有什麼大問題呢? 其實香港的人工和租金和深圳冇得比,但是現服務態度都追不上就對香港整個餐飲業多岌岌可危。

今次係第二次嚟,因為先前好鍾意食佢哋嘅蠔仔粥。但係今次出乎意料蠔仔粥非常難食,佢有大量嘅米,湯水十分少,且而冇乜味,食咗幾碗,後邊淨係得返飯。同埋啲蠔仔全部都好似瘦弱殘兵。又叫了個肉餅,啲肉煮得非常之嚡。好明顯啲豬肉係用機打到好碎嗰。可取之處係啲豉油好香。唔知係咪因為我叫咗好少嘢食,廚師冇心機整俾我,求其俾啲垃圾我食就算數。但係個場係爆滿,相信其他人都好滿意,即係唔知點我正D野難食,應該唔會再去了,拜拜!

家人生日就來到了荃灣的一家樓上店吃潮州菜。雖然是樓上店,但是裝修風格跟傳統的大排檔差別不大。菜單上琳瑯滿目,有不同的小菜,還有套餐。我們一家四人點了一個 孖寶E餐。有蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦和翡翠炒龍躉球。一大盤的中蝦,分量很多,目測20半只左右,底面鋪滿了粉絲,粉絲吸收了蒜蓉的味道和蝦的鮮味,汁配白飯一絕。中蝦肉多,鹹鹹的十分入味。翡翠炒龍躉球,滿滿的一碟,擺盆吸引,青綠色的西蘭花,龍躉肉厚切,啖啖肉,魚肉味很鮮,吃個不停。一個孖寶E不飽,又加了一個蠔仔粥,新鮮蠔仔,不腥而且分量十足。潮州的粥煲起來有別於普通的粥,更加綿滑。整碗粥看起來蠔仔的分量比粥米更多,加點芫茜更加香濃。最後我們又加了一個滷水拼盤,滷水是潮州菜必不可少的菜品,有魷魚、鵝腸丶紅腸、大腸和芽菜。我最喜歡吃的是鵝腸和大腸,鵝腸一整條長長的,入口爽脆。大腸肥美,入口軟滑,這裏的滷水滷得很出色 。在香港,正宗有特色的大排檔不多,如果你喜歡吃潮州菜和小炒,這裏是一個不要錯過的選擇。

星期日約朋友在荃灣食晚飯,我們想食潮州菜,所以就去明記開餐,餐館地點都幾就腳,在鱟地坊附近。蠔仔肉碎粥,我們點了小的,原來份量都好多,有好多蠔仔,還有些魚乾,味道好好,冷冷地食碗熱粥,暖呼呼的。京都炸大腸,色澤吸引,橙橙的,皮脆肉嫩,不會乾,和墊底的菠蘿一齊食更好食,又可減少油膩感,好久沒食過那麼好味的炸大腸。韭菜豬紅,幾大碗,幾十元,抵食。豬紅好香,又軟滑,沒有腥味,韭菜爽口,再多一些就更好。啫啫滑雞煲,熱辣辣香噴噴,豬膶軟滑,不乾柴,熟度剛好,雞肉滑嫩,而且夠惹味。石鍋啫啫芥蘭,好大鍋,份量十足,啫啫聲,香味滿滿,大家都忍不住起筷,芥蘭爽口,夠新鮮,咸香惹味,又保留到菜本身的甜。潮式炸蠔餅,出奇的酥脆,真是外脆內軟,加些辣醬更美味,但不敢食太多,怕熱氣,可惜實在令人難以忍口。超大檸檬茶,好抵飲,大大杯,真閃夠飲一晚,而且茶味都幾好,又不太甜。
