上星期約朋友食飯,他們想食潮州菜,我們就決定去明記食晚飯,沿樓梯上去,餐館都不小,裏面坐滿了客人,都幾有人氣。韭菜豬紅,打冷必食,我最喜歡食豬紅,這裏的豬紅好好味,一點腥味都沒有,入口軟滑,韭菜夠爽口,我們點了小的,但都好大碗。炸大腸,炸得剛剛好,顏色吸引,外皮酥脆,不會過硬,內軟外脆,好香口,點些甜酸醬更美味。啫啫滑雞煲,份量十足,一端上來啫啫聲,香噴噴,雞肉香嫩,夠惹味,但豬膶更好味,剛剛熟,不會乾柴,恰到好處,廚師抵讚。石鍋芥蘭,聞到都想食,好大鍋,芥蘭爽脆,而且相當惹味,熱辣辣,香噴噴,芥蘭仍保持翠綠,值得一試。煎蠔餅,打冷又怎可少了這道菜,相當酥脆,蠔仔都幾多,加上魚露和辣醬,真令人回味。巨大檸檬茶,我想有一升,兩三個人都夠飲,不會太甜,幾有茶味,消滯一流。
