To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時西餐食得多,唔知食咩好,又好似好少食小菜,咁啱又行開太子記得有間容記小菜王好似幾出名。位置都幾方便系太子,系遙遠都見到大大個招牌。濃湯雞煲翅用料十足,成煲好多翅仲要大大塊,仲有雞肉湯底好濃好鮮甜,又唔會太咸。燒汁野菌和牛粒,和牛粒切得均匀,又炒得夠味,好香牛味。薑湯杞子花膠浸時蔬,小棠菜浸左d湯好入味好香又唔會咸,花膠都幾滑又不會太韌。洗衣機蒜香骨都炸得好香口黑松露野菌牛柳粒窩飯,淡淡飯都有好濃烈黑松露香味👍如果飯冇咁咸就更加好。

冬瓜盅看上去好像很大陣象 冬瓜蒸得好淋 材料豐富 有帶子 蝦肉等等 湯中有冬瓜嘅清香 以及海鮮嘅鮮甜味 飲落去好舒服 有助消暑 清熱 降火

今天父親節,兒子知道容記日前重新開業我曾光顧並👍不絕口說菜式不錯!所以很有心預先訂好今天晚上帶同女友與我一起再次光顧慶祝父親節!我們剛坐下侍應就不停地推介海鮮,可是容記出名的是小炒,食海鮮就不會來這𥚃啦!所以我們點了容記的招牌菜鐵板茄子,燒腩仔,蒜香骨和冬瓜盅,可惜没有一樣算得上好食,比上一次的水凖相差天共地!食到一肚氣,正是乘興而來,敗興而返!我們决定以後也不會再來了!倒不如去深水埗新容記更有保障!😏

今天父親節,兒子知道容記日前重新開業我曾光顧並👍不絕口說菜式不錯!所以很有心預先訂好今天晚上帶同女友與我一起再次光顧慶祝父親節!我們剛坐下侍應就不停地推介海鮮,可是容記出名的是小炒,食海鮮就不會來這𥚃啦!所以我們點了容記的招牌菜鐵板茄子,燒腩仔,蒜香骨和冬瓜盅,可惜没有一樣算得上好食,比上一次的水凖相差天共地!食到一肚氣,正是乘興而來,敗興而返!我們决定以後也不會再來了!倒不如去深水埗新容記更有保障!😏

見到門口冇人排都心知不妙,果然不出所料,質素同以前差得好遠。出名燒肉差到冇得形容,叫左碟大既連埋加一兩舊水,比d街邊幾十蚊盒燒味飯既質素。墨魚咀炸粉同個咀分開上,和牛薯仔粒,味道一般,最好食應該係個菜,夠淡口夠健康見議老闆不如真係榮休唔好再踩自己招牌喇

這間餐廳是我近年來感覺服務最差食物最差既中菜餐廳,我地book左枱都要等枱等左好耐,打開menu真的選唔到食乜好。已諗好啦,諗住叫服務員落單,兩個服務員應完都冇再返來。兩個態度都好不善。第一次來試,又會是最後一次,諗住同d friend提意試這間食生日飯,好失望,令我都覺得對d friend唔好意思。。食了一陣我地冇哂心情,最終去左附近食令一間餐廳。再去食甜品。之後我地先開心d,心情由唔開心變唯開心咋!下次一定不來幫襯。

舊年3 月有一件轟動飲食界的事, 就係貴為菲律賓御廚加上米芝蓮加持嘅容哥退休。雖說兩日後除了明哥外原班人馬復活。但無衝動去食。闊別一年。經過深水埗這個平民美食天堂,此終心思思去試一次。今次兩個女仔所點唔多。只係兩個餸。“天下第一雞”係我必點嘅餸,說白了其實就係沙蔥雞。但係能夠自誇“天下第一雞”必定有其過人之處。雞胸可以滑過出面D雞俾肉。雞俾肉可以滑到連皮跌落個胃。沙蔥癖左雞的腥味,亦令肉味提升。另外一碟就係“鐵板原條茄子” 茄子要好食最重要個汁。免治豬肉配上洋蔥令茄子味道提升。加上香脆嘅外皮。令本來唔食好多飯嘅我都食曬成碗白飯。PS: 味道的確能夠Keep 到當年水準, 其實容記有好多正野,奈何今次得兩個女仔, 如果下次再去一定要帶多10 個8 個朋友去試多幾個餸。

另外一碟就係“鐵板原條茄子” 茄子要好食最重要個汁。免治豬肉配上洋蔥令茄子味道提升。加上香脆嘅外皮。令本來唔食好多飯嘅我都食曬成碗白飯。
