To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排食太多西餐,突然想食返中菜,所以就同朋友食呢間。餐廳唔難搵,太子站行5分鐘左右就到,有google map就冇問題啦。濃湯雞煲翅,口味唔重,難得用雞煲出嚟,都唔會太咸,翅份量我覺得都算多。蒜香骨,總數有6件,炒得好入味,好適合鐘意(選)骨個我。燒汁野菌和牛粒,鑊氣超足,好濃味,配埋野菌同素類感覺即刻唔肥膩,感覺冇咁大罪惡感薑湯杞子花膠浸時菜,花膠份量適中,菜類都新鮮。黑松露野菌牛柳粒窩飯,飯炒出嚟炒到一粒粒,黑松露好香好濃味,不過有少少咸
