To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小菜王,之前都聽過呢個名,不過未有機會試,趁有朋友生日,就黎試一試。訂咗位,到咗都仲要等多等,因為我地一行十幾人,咁大型嘅枱返枱要時間。坐底後馬上望下個 menu,發現好多小菜嘅名都好有特色,例如:容哥第一咀,揚名國際燒肉,洗衣機蒜香骨等 D員工都好友善,知我地第一次過去試,都介紹咗好幾個小菜比我地,又唔介意我地慢慢睇有咩食 餸菜/湯嘅份量都好足。上菜快手,湯會幫我地分好,見我地有幾個飲完仲會幫忙再添,好貼心

今天14/02/2018一家4口在太子容記食飯。當天在8:00入座,叫了幾個餸,5分鐘後來了一碟雞。之後等了超過30分鐘,依然未有其他食物奉上,小朋友餓了30分鐘,我們已經投訢了3次,依然未有食物奉上。直至等到9:15分才再有第2碟餸奉上,而且仲要再到9點45分才有第三碟餸奉上。我從未試過會有如此情況。

是日幫忙打點友人的婚宴, 累得很也很肚餓, 晚上隨意地來到容記小菜王. Bookmark 了這間餐廳很久了, 終於有機會品嚐! 週日晚上八時正到達, 店內已經九成滿, 真旺場! 餐廳地方很大, 光猛企理, 感覺不錯. 看看menu, 很多招牌菜呢! 人不多, 最後只點選兩款: 招牌沙拉骨(HK$86), 家鄉秘製扣肉(細)(HK$168). 招牌沙拉骨, 賣相討好. 試一口, 沙拉骨夠淋軟, 醬汁調配得剛剛好, 酸酸甜甜, 很開胃, 加上沙律醬的甜美, 簡單而美味. 家鄉秘製扣肉, 哈哈, 其賣相, 啡啡黑黑般, 不能稱上很吸引吧? 試一口, 扣肉炆得算淋身, 肥膏位置挺甘香, 味道沒有過鹹, 加上梅菜的甜香, 算是不錯. 吃飽飽, 終於有點力氣了.

週日晚上八時正到達, 店內已經九成滿, 真旺場! 餐廳地方很大, 光猛企理, 感覺不錯.


看看menu, 很多招牌菜呢! 人不多, 最後只點選兩款: 招牌沙拉骨(HK$86), 家鄉秘製扣肉(細)(HK$168).


招牌沙拉骨, 賣相討好. 試一口, 沙拉骨夠淋軟, 醬汁調配得剛剛好, 酸酸甜甜, 很開胃, 加上沙律醬的甜美, 簡單而美味.


家鄉秘製扣肉, 哈哈, 其賣相, 啡啡黑黑般, 不能稱上很吸引吧? 試一口, 扣肉炆得算淋身, 肥膏位置挺甘香, 味道沒有過鹹, 加上梅菜的甜香, 算是不錯.



吃飽飽, 終於有點力氣了.

容記小炒王,個名就聽得多啦,但係食就真係第一次。本來一心諗住黎食個市招炒聖子,但係好可惜聖子已經賣晒。好失望😞乳豬皮脆肉嫩,入口鬆脆,豬身偏大吾似乳豬,似中豬。脂肪較多,比較多油,感覺食一兩件已經好膩。呢隻雞平平無奇,一般貨色。同街市買嘅冇兩樣。因為套餐嘅關係所以叫咗貴妃旁,本來套餐叫咗乳豬可以有好多選擇,但係佢話已經只係剩返貴妃旁可以選擇,在別無他選的情況之下所以叫咗貴妃旁。貴妃旁算新鮮,但可惜唔夠肥美,而且食落口有少少沙,體積偏西,而且好似唔夠鹹。

因為套餐嘅關係所以叫咗貴妃旁,本來套餐叫咗乳豬可以有好多選擇,但係佢話已經只係剩返貴妃旁可以選擇,在別無他選的情況之下所以叫咗貴妃旁。貴妃旁算新鮮,但可惜唔夠肥美,而且食落口有少少沙,體積偏西,而且好似唔夠鹹。

昨晚與家人到容記食晚飯,實在覺得太差,所以不得不寫這段食評。這是第ㄧ次到新店堂食,以前在深水埗舊舖經常晚飯或外賣,自己最喜歡的是馳名燒腩仔,所以今次専登同媽媽去試試。但昨晚的燒腩仔水準非常差,不熱,不脆,還淡而無味,其他菜式亦不見得好很多,非常失望,真的新不如舊,沒有下次了!

食物好與否,大家心照是不差~ OpenRice 關門時間寫了是 03:00,我打電話去也告訴我收 02:00,我們二人帶了一支紅酒,20:30 到、21:00 到菜(細燒肉、小炒王)開始吃飯飲酒、21:45 再點個炸蝦餅,22:30 開始趕我哋走、23:15 收餐具還大力敲碗、發出巨響(我們的酒,還有兩杯),強調場內還有其他四張枱(有三枱係宵夜客),我不認為,我們有阻礙他們收工之嫌,不明白他們這樣的態度為何事?!我去哩度吃飯,好大原因是不收開瓶、坐得舒服、收得夜、食物也 Ok,如果唔係,根本食物又不是非吃不可的好味(新舖,始終比舊舖遜色),這樣未夠十點半(星期六),已想趕客,太子、深水埗,也大把選擇,算罷啦你~(還違反消防外加走廊枱)

容哥第一嘴原來就是椒鹽墨魚咀,墨魚咀不大也不少,一口吃下去剛剛好,薄薄的脆漿緊緊包住墨魚咀,金黃、甘香又酥脆,炸得很乾身,沒有過多的油,鹹香的椒鹽輕輕地撒在黃金戰衣上,調味恰到好處,內裹的墨魚咀爽脆彈牙,入口帶點咀嚼感。

香脆既口感唔可以比佢停!

本身我對蝦餅沒有太大的期望,因為以我的認識,蝦餅多數是在泰國菜中出現,廣東菜一般較少有。誰知彈牙鮮蝦餅的賣相也吸引,金黃的外表相當薄身,隱隱約約見到鮮蝦的粉紅肉色,整體厚薄均勻,咬下去外脆,但一點都不硬,蝦餅鮮香襲人,肉質彈性十足,可見選料特別新鮮,口感很好呢!

我發覺而家好少有食店有呢種一人份量嘅原盅燉湯,大多數得大盅燉湯可以4-6人嘅份量果種比較多。當我喺openrice見到個menu有就勁想嚟試!
落單時向職員詢問過今日有咩細盅燉湯,佢話五指毛桃燉雞~正!即落……點知後尾個阿叔行過嚟話賣晒,問我哋杏汁燉豬肺啱唔啱?!咁我哋都ok~等咗一陣有個阿姐行埋嚟放低兩隻碗(我已經覺得奇怪!)明明原盅燉湯做乜放低兩隻碗,又過多陣……另一個阿姐竟然捧著一大盅湯行埋嚟放低!我同男友都顎咗然……當佢想幫我哋分湯之際,男友開聲問佢係咪確定冇上錯,事關我哋係叫細盅湯,因為大盅我哋得兩個人飲唔晒!最後果阿叔幫我哋改返細盅湯。因為menu上兩種都叫“原盅燉湯”,加上佢每日都唔同,落單時記得講清楚!

薑蔥粉絲肉蟹煲
由於上次去泰國冇食到粉絲蟹煲,加上蟹妹都係敵不過蟹,最後都係決定食蟹!
因為而家係食蟹嘅季節,雖然係肉蟹但都好多羔,但蟹蓋太多粉。整體賣相頗吸引,但薑蔥唔夠香,粉絲唔夠乾身,可以加返多少少鹽。
