To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前係深水埗食過容記,佢既燒肉真係名不虛傳。而家又再有機會食返喇搬左黎太子,大大個招牌,好易搵。有容哥嘜頭既招牌係等位大堂,實唔會去錯。值得一讚等位大堂都冷氣充足,大熱天時黎到,唔洗熱辣辣係路邊呆等。今日係平日,我地七點三黎到,已經人頭湧湧係到等位,好在我地之前訂左枱,一黎就有位。搭𨋢上一樓就係餐廳,出𨋢行幾步會見到好多魚缸,生猛既海鮮係裡面游下游下。而店面亦都好整齊整潔。我地一行四人睇完餐牌,點左四個小菜一個冬瓜盅。瑤柱冬瓜盅$148,大熱天時,所以我地揀返款時令既消暑良湯。湯好清甜,用料足,每人分到兩三碗。相信呢個份量足夠八個人以上。職員亦會主動幫我分湯,見我地飲完一碗,又會幫我地添,係咁忙既情況都咁主動,值得一讚。揚名國際燒肉$78,聽個名就知勁啦,食落真係名不虛傳,皮爽脆得黎鬆化,肉質唔咸兼且帶有香味,必食金銀旦莧菜$78,味道調較得剛剛好,唔錯。洗衣機蒜香骨$98,炸得香脆,而亦保留到肉汁,佐酒恩物容記小炒皇$88,看似簡單既菜式,但係在不同既中菜館,味道都略有不同,容記味道當然有水準啦

起初我們也有點憤怒,因訂了枱還要等約半小時才有位,不過reception也很努力協助我們,盡量比枱我們,而且餸菜來時的次序有點出錯,因我們去到最後先上冬瓜盅,正常應該先上冬瓜盅,不過服務員也忙到一頭煙了,我們提醒了她們即叫廚房補上,雖然有點混亂,但服務員態度真是很值得讚賞。所以環境舒適,服務一流,價錢大眾化
,值得一去再去,而那些情況有待改善

最後上的壓軸--黑松露野菌牛柳粒窩蛋飯,一上來時黑松露醬的香味已蔓延在空氣中;飯粒顆顆分明,卻有互相粘貼;醬油輕淡的調味,混合著黑松露醬帶來更豐富的香氣與味道;隨著攪拌過後,窩蛋慢慢滲入飯,由半透明狀變成黃色實質狀,加上有蔥花的香氣提味,牛柳粒很腍滑,其本味與黑松露香氣更是互相提升;這樣香濃豐富的食物,令各人吃得甚是滿意!

總結此餐,在炎炎夏日的天氣中,在一個環境舒適交通位置方便的中式食肆中,以一個相對合理的價錢與好友渡過了醇酒美食的夜晚,感覺相當滿意!

飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予3杯,以在此類酒樓的食物來說值得頗高程度的推薦!

這個燒肉的名字真的十分霸氣,我們叫了比較大份的。燒肉很快就上枱了,外皮鬆脆,肉質脂肪甘香, 還配了芥茉醬,難怪可以叫一個這樣霸氣的名字

沙拉汁明蝦球 $128
這個份量比較少,而且還和圖片有少少出入。但是味道也不錯的,蝦球爽口,不過略嫌粉漿太多,沙拉汁酸甜開胃,但是醬汁太少了。西蘭花味道也比較清淡,只有西蘭花原本的味道而已。

容記由搬左舖黎太子,當然要捧下場啦!一行人先點左個燉湯,係准山杞子燉翅裙湯一啲都唔油膩之餘,感覺好滋補,見到用左真材實料去燉製而成仲有大量既翅裙呀!芥末牛柳粒!雖然叫說叫芥末,但味道唔算極重,有淡淡既芥末香,不刺鼻。牛柳亦煮得夠淋原條鐵板茄子亦都係好期待既一道菜,用左大量既洋蔥汁煮成,食落口茄子夠淋夠入味,將汁既精華都鎖左入茄子度招牌雞蛋焗魚腸,睇相好似好乾,但食落蛋好骨,魚腸好咬口,係送飯一流既首選。洗衣機蒜香骨咁出名當然唔可以唔點啦!睇好多報導都有介紹過,果然冇令人失望。好香口之餘咬入排骨中亦好juicy,值得為呢一道菜再黎容記!
