To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 友人約吃飯,一定要吃容記,我過海吃小抄,很有誠意呢!容哥第一嘴墨魚嘴,炸的很入味,外脆的,也很有咬口。口感很好,吃到停唔到口,一口連著一口,好吃到不行。乳豬乳豬皮脆,肉很嫩,只是切得很大塊,吃得時候,斯文不來,肉加上調教好的醬料,是一流的配搭。黑椒薯仔和牛粒薯仔是先炸過的,所以特別香,黑椒的味道剛剛好,不會很辣,而又很好吃,我們忍不住叫了2碗飯,很好送飯的菜,不吃飯感覺很奇怪,牛煮得剛剛好,又不老,味道很烈,配飯剛剛好,不會浪費那些牛肉汁。花膠竹笙紀子炒淮山花膠很淋,整個煮法我挺欣賞的,要回了食物本身的味道,清淡的菜式,淮山爽口,還是第一次吃到淮山這種煮法的。很特別,很好味。非常享受的一個晚上。

黑椒薯仔和牛粒

其中一個朋友遲到,錯過了金黃的煎蝦餅(哈哈哈其實是我們忍不住把本來要留給他的那份也吃掉了),勢要再點一份蝦。在店員推介下,我們選了這款沙拉汁明蝦球。
蘸了粉漿的大蝦球,口感同樣爽彈,粉漿不會過厚;沙拉汁質地適中,略嫌醬汁過少,如果可以讓每一件蝦球都蘸有沙拉汁那就更好了!

容記小菜王之前聽過朋友講好出名,之前一直無機會食,最近聽朋友講係太子重開,就緊係約三五知已去食個飯。我地叫左4個小菜加一個湯。瑤柱冬瓜盅係夏天解暑既湯水之一。內裡的配料比想像中的多, 入口清甜,  而且冬瓜好入味,冬瓜刮起時都無散開, 份量勁多,每人都起碼飲左三四碗。鮮蝦餅: 外表炸得金黃,食落係熱辣辣, 脆口彈牙,但又唔覺得太油膩,蝦味足。蜜汁叉燒皇: 叉燒燒得好香,叉燒肥肉同瘦肉比例均衡,肉質鬆軟,肉汁完全鎖住係叉燒內。容記鐵板原條茄子:上枱職員會先用較剪剪開一舊舊,香噴噴熱辣辣,茄子外皮香脆,中間釀了肉碎,食落味道香濃,口感好juicy。沙拉汁明蝦球:蝦球蘸過薄漿炸脆 , 再加進適量沙律醬掛係蝦球上,令人特別開胃,蝦球夠大,而且爽彈。

之前係深水埗食過容記,佢既燒肉真係名不虛傳。而家又再有機會食返喇搬左黎太子,大大個招牌,好易搵。有容哥嘜頭既招牌係等位大堂,實唔會去錯。值得一讚等位大堂都冷氣充足,大熱天時黎到,唔洗熱辣辣係路邊呆等。今日係平日,我地七點三黎到,已經人頭湧湧係到等位,好在我地之前訂左枱,一黎就有位。搭𨋢上一樓就係餐廳,出𨋢行幾步會見到好多魚缸,生猛既海鮮係裡面游下游下。而店面亦都好整齊整潔。我地一行四人睇完餐牌,點左四個小菜一個冬瓜盅。瑤柱冬瓜盅$148,大熱天時,所以我地揀返款時令既消暑良湯。湯好清甜,用料足,每人分到兩三碗。相信呢個份量足夠八個人以上。職員亦會主動幫我分湯,見我地飲完一碗,又會幫我地添,係咁忙既情況都咁主動,值得一讚。揚名國際燒肉$78,聽個名就知勁啦,食落真係名不虛傳,皮爽脆得黎鬆化,肉質唔咸兼且帶有香味,必食金銀旦莧菜$78,味道調較得剛剛好,唔錯。洗衣機蒜香骨$98,炸得香脆,而亦保留到肉汁,佐酒恩物容記小炒皇$88,看似簡單既菜式,但係在不同既中菜館,味道都略有不同,容記味道當然有水準啦
