To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚我們來到位於太子的容記小菜王。從太子站C2出口步行不用3分鐘就到了,位置十分方便。 燒腩仔來的第一道菜,外皮燒得十分香,肉質爽口加上醬汁令味道更上一層樓,果然名不虛傳。 炸蝦球金黃的炸蝦加上旁邊一朵紫花作襯托,賣相十分吸引。一口咬下,炸得可口鬆脆的外皮還有陣陣的蝦香和蛋香味,主角蝦本身更好味得令人想一吃再吃。薯仔牛柳粒薯仔和牛柳真的是絕配,每次吃小菜都會點這款菜,容記的我覺得煮得特別入味,薯仔入味得像真是在吃牛柳一樣的。 海鮮濃湯雜菜煲吃肉太多也需要吃點蔬菜平衡一下,本身自己又十分喜歡吃海鮮和飲湯,所以就點了這個海鮮雜菜煲。結果果然沒有令人失望!不同的蔬菜香菇和海鮮混合,再加上令人喜出望外的鮮甜濃湯,這個雜菜煲真是一次滿足我三個願望!

薯仔牛柳粒
薯仔和牛柳真的是絕配,每次吃小菜都會點這款菜,容記的我覺得煮得特別入味,薯仔入味得像真是在吃牛柳一樣的。

海鮮濃湯雜菜煲
吃肉太多也需要吃點蔬菜平衡一下,本身自己又十分喜歡吃海鮮和飲湯,所以就點了這個海鮮雜菜煲。結果果然沒有令人失望!不同的蔬菜香菇和海鮮混合,再加上令人喜出望外的鮮甜濃湯,這個雜菜煲真是一次滿足我三個願望!

琴日同朋友一早約好咗去太子道西「容記小菜王」度食晚飯,舖頭喺二樓 (搭lift 上一層),一上到去揀咗四人卡位,位係幾好坐的,亦尚算整潔。我地溢咗四樣野食,分別係燒肉、雜菜煲、牛柳粒同蝦球。首先黎咗燒肉,個皮都脆口,啖啖肉,送上黎都好快,如果個燒肉熱啲會再好味啲。個薯仔牛柳粒幾入味,但我鐘意再重口味啲,一般人食應該都足夠。另外,個蝦球就好惹味,有芝士粉同啖啖肉,正!不過,最有驚喜反而係冇乜期待嘅雜菜煲,可能琴日比較凍,啲好淋嘅西蘭花同好熱嘅湯撈埋白飯真係一絕,兜湯都幾乎飲哂。

難得在這樣的環境下約齊人大家一聚吃一頓晚餐,選了交通就腳又不是太昂貴的平民米芝蓮酒家,環境也不錯,樓底高座位寬敞,當然必試他的米芝蓮燒肉及叉燒,但是並不是如期望中的香脆,而且也不是腩骨叉燒也並不是肥美和掛滿蜜汁,到了羊腩煲,唔好意思淡而無味,完全沒有羊騷,另一名菜容記小炒王,部分配菜竟然是凍的,大大盅的燉湯也是全無味道,較為滿意的是海鮮雜菜煲,尚算及格,原本要了每人一客的蠔皇鵝掌鮑魚,但是漏了單,最後索性不要了,似乎這頓晚餐,大家都期望太高,幸好也不減我們一班人吹水聚舊的興緻。

今晚約了三位知己好友到茶樓相聚,喝茶聊天。位置:在太子站C2出口,過馬路轉左後會見到元朗冰室,再過對面,正是前方直行就會見大大的霓虹燈招牌,不用十分鐘就到了。環境:門口有服務員詢問訂枱及提供座位,之後乘電梯到一樓,我們被安拆坐在走廊位置,是卡座,四個人剛剛好。整體裝修是新穎雅致,跟新式茶樓差不多,樓底不高,天花掛上白色大燈籠,角落邊有海鮮缸,左手邊是窗口位,不過景觀是一般,只是高樓景。服務:每桌都會提供一小碟前菜:微辣的椰菜,送上熱水清洗杯碟,我們用餐時,亦幫我們換碟,因為有蟹殼,很貼心。晚市:雖然我們是四個人,只是叫了三個小菜,但已經吃得很飽,可想而知小菜的份量不少,尤其是以下兩項。芝士焗長腳蟹烏冬$298上菜時已經傳出陣陣芝士香,半隻蟹蓋和部分蟹腳在芝士醬上,芝士醬是多到完全覆蓋了烏冬,感覺是吃芝士多於烏冬,所以我們吃完這份差不多半飽了。蟹腳易拆,可拆出完整的蟹肉,肉質是一梳梳的,鮮甜多肉,再點芝士醬,很好吃。雖然覺得有點貴,但覺得物超所值。濃湯海鮮什菜煲 $108這也是份量十足的煲仔菜‼️‼️材料豐富,海鮮方面有蝦、珊瑚蚌(海參筋)、帶子和魚片,而蔬菜方面有娃娃菜、西蘭花、冬菇和其他

這也是份量十足的煲仔菜‼️‼️材料豐富,海鮮方面有蝦、珊瑚蚌(海參筋)、帶子和魚片,而蔬菜方面有娃娃菜、西蘭花、冬菇和其他菇菌,還有掛湯能力強的粉絲作底🤤,那麼多材料煮成的湯,很清甜而不油膩,充滿精華😍,所以朋友很喜歡喝,好像媽媽平常的滾菜湯,連湯都喝清光。
