Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴日同朋友一早約好咗去太子道西「容記小菜王」度食晚飯,舖頭喺二樓 (搭lift 上一層),一上到去揀咗四人卡位,位係幾好坐的,亦尚算整潔。我地溢咗四樣野食,分別係燒肉、雜菜煲、牛柳粒同蝦球。首先黎咗燒肉,個皮都脆口,啖啖肉,送上黎都好快,如果個燒肉熱啲會再好味啲。個薯仔牛柳粒幾入味,但我鐘意再重口味啲,一般人食應該都足夠。另外,個蝦球就好惹味,有芝士粉同啖啖肉,正!不過,最有驚喜反而係冇乜期待嘅雜菜煲,可能琴日比較凍,啲好淋嘅西蘭花同好熱嘅湯撈埋白飯真係一絕,兜湯都幾乎飲哂。
