To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日(3/1/2022)同朋友來太子,朋友推介一間唔錯的食店食下午茶,店名好似好熟,再睇番食評,原來上月幫襯過新蒲崗分店,有過好回憶,再幫襯,好有親切感。食店在二樓,二點二下午茶時間到,有好多空枱,心感不妙。再睇下張點心紙,午餐同下午茶既點心價錢相差好少,有D還同價,哈。點了蜜汁叉燒瀨及極品燒鵝瀨,叉燒及燒鵝都好食,碗瀨粉超大碗。干蒸牛肉賣,無比喼汁,叫咗2次都拎唔到嚟。娥姐粉果叉燒腸,有好多生菜,爽口蟹籽燒賣皇,料好足鮮蝦炸雲吞,脆口,饀料既蝦好大隻埋單$185,抵食,好飽,食唔晒,燒賣及干蒸牛肉唯有拎走。最唔方便係要比現金,埋單要夠$200才可以以電子支付。
