To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 細細個嗰陣已經聽過容記小菜王 仲成日同屋企人一齊去食 今次嚟到太子嘅分店 喺遠處已經見到好大嘅招牌 寫住容記小菜王 而且係米芝蓮推介餐廳 決定入去食晚飯入到去安排咗坐卡位 座位好舒服 感覺就好似喺酒樓食飯😁因為呢排生飛滋 所以唔敢叫咁多熱氣嘢食 睇一睇個餐牌 主要係煎炸野 但都搵到少量唔熱氣嘅餸菜😆1️⃣前菜雲耳 $15酸酸地有少少辣味非常之開胃2️⃣豉汁蒸白鱔 $128豉汁調配味道啱啱好 惹味又爽口3️⃣濃湯什菜海鮮煲 $108 份量非常之多 兩個人食到超級飽 濃湯味道夠鮮甜 海鮮有蝦帶子魷魚 又有大量唔同種類嘅菇菜 好健康😌
