To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早和家人飲茶找地方飲茶,諗住試下到這裡,早上9點28分訂位,當時已確認接受我們在12點30分訂位。我們在12點20分去到,竟然無人知道我們有訂位,服務員聲稱爆滿,只得門口的4人枱,叫我們迫住位,但遠看裡面,大中枱的人只是坐2,3人位,我們覺得訂位來都無用,希望openrice能反映一下,唔係我就覺得原來在openrice訂位只是一個無人睇的訊息。
