Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢份米芝蓮車胎人燒肉早已揚名國際,抱著極大期望過黎食;佢係提供左青色芥末醬比我地點黎食,燒肉食落唔油膩,而且份量都幾大;可惜既係可能因為影相影耐左,感覺燒肉皮比較硬同凍左,扣左D分金蒜蒸北海道元貝皇真係幾大隻,而且新鮮出爐連個殼都係熱辣辣,上面鋪滿粉絲同埋蒜蓉,來自北海道既元貝肉質食落唔錯~容記第一嘴其實係墨魚嘴黎,食落都幾彈牙幾有咬口,份量十足,炸粉唔會好厚身🤪鮮濃湯雜菜煲好豐富,除左勁爆多粉絲之外,菜既種類都有好多款,包括生菜、西蘭花、白菜、娃娃菜同菜心,海鮮方面仲有蝦、螺肉等,我同朋友連埋湯一齊飲,表示好滿足😙
