To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係太子道西近大角咀,平時行經見到大大個燈牌好顯眼,容記小菜王,見到係米芝蓮推薦餐廳,今日就同男朋友黎食晚飯。晚上7點去到已經座無虛席,必須要預先訂位,餐廳座位舒適,燈光光猛,店員服務亦唔錯。揚名國際燒肉 (細) $98呢個係招牌菜,仲係米芝蓮推介必食啦!燒肉既油脂分佈層次分明,一層肥一層瘦,食落有陣淡淡既油脂香,外皮熱熱地好夠脆,燒肉皮脆肉嫩,中間隔着一層薄薄的肥膏,咬落又香又juicy。金沙脆蝦球 $128份量十足,好多隻蝦球好大隻,咬落去又彈牙又爽口。金沙係將「鹹蛋黃」壓碎後,再混合蝦球製成的金沙料理,入口鹹香惹味,香氣飽滿撲鼻,略帶顆粒的如細沙口感非常特別,邪惡得黎食到停唔到口。 濃湯海鮮雜菜煲 $108好大煲好抵食,湯底清甜,健康又好味。雜菜煲配料非常豐富,有好多不同的海鮮,有珊瑚蚌、蝦、香菇、菜芯、粉絲等等。
