朋友快生日了,我們便約她吃飯慶祝。見中華小館的食評幾好,交通又方便,便選擇了這間。餐廳分地下和一樓兩層,我們被安排在一樓。我們上到一樓時,近樓梯附近的地板有點滑,好似有未抹乾淨的油。走廊兩旁都堆放了很多物品,令人感覺好侷促。一樓似是廂房格局,我們被安排在一間大房中,除了我們還有幾枱客人,環境都可以接受。我們5個人揀了一個4人餐,所以要另加一隻鮑魚和一碗炖湯。頭盤有一碟泡椒魚皮,雖然好食,但太辣了,我受了。另外送了一碟鮮淮山拌桂花糖,味道非常清新。餐牌上的菜好快就送上來了,湯很清甜,每道菜都好好味,尤其是清蒸龍躉斑仔和玫瑰豉油雞,我食到一件留!當晚其實都好爆滿,見侍應們都好忙碌,但他們仍然很殷勤地招待每個客人,實在令人欽佩。

趁住仲有得食大閘蟹,拿拿林喺灣仔「中華小館」book咗個任食大閘蟹嘅套餐,之後又要等成年先有得再食架啦😩😩未食大閘蟹之前,每位客人會有一碟⭐️鮑魚花菇扣鴨掌⭐️依碟鴨掌絕不欺場,鮑魚大小適中唔會韌,芡汁好有鮑魚嘅鮮味,非常高質❗️而⭐️紅燒乳鴿⭐️都係仼食,細細隻可以原隻拎住食,好爽🤤鴿油慢慢流出嚟,熱辣辣就最好食😋雖然乳鴿好食,但點都要留肚食⭐️大閘蟹⭐️好新鮮嘅蟹,金黃色嘅蟹膏好甜好滑,蟹肉結實有彈性,適應仲有薑茶提供,真係好貼心🥰今日食完,已經心思思想下星期再食多次😆雖然好crazy,但把握時間食大閘蟹最緊要🤟🏼
