最近我去咗灣仔嘅「中華小館」,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇!餐廳環境清幽,裝修簡潔又有中式風情,牆上掛住幾幅傳統畫作,令人感受到濃厚嘅文化氣息。餐廳入面光線柔和,座位間距適中,唔會感覺擠迫,無論係雙人桌定大圍都幾舒服,背景音樂輕柔,令我可以輕鬆享受美食。服務方面,員工都好有禮貌,主動問我哋需唔需要建議,點菜時好耐心,上菜速度快,唔會等太耐,真係好滿意。主菜方面,我哋選咗幾道特色菜式,真係好好味!椒鹽白飯魚色澤金黃,魚肉鮮嫩,外層嘅椒鹽香味撲鼻而來,每一口都令人感受到魚肉的鮮甜,加上椒鹽嘅香脆,真係食到一啖想再食多幾啖。魚肉質感柔軟,非常入味,伴隨住啲香葱同埋辣椒,令整個味道更加豐富。脆皮鳳梨咕嚕肉真係一個驚喜,咕嚕肉外皮炸得金黃酥脆,肉質嫩滑,搭配上新鮮嘅鳳梨,甜酸味剛好,啱啱好中和咕嚕肉嘅油膩感,每一口都有肉嘅鮮味同埋鳳梨嘅清甜,令我食到停唔落口。上湯蒜子浸菜苗色澤翠綠,菜苗鮮嫩,蒜子嘅香味扑鼻而來,湯底清甜,整體味道清新,十分開胃,菜苗煮得啱啱好,保留住鮮嫩嘅口感,食落去好舒服,畀人一種健康嘅感覺。整體嚟講,「中華小館」嘅用餐體驗令人滿意,食物質素高,服務態度好,環境舒適,呢幾道主菜每一道都好有特色,令人一試成主顧!如果你鍾意中式菜,呢間餐廳絕對值得一試!下次我一定會再嚟,仲想試多啲其他菜式!

記得之前同事講過公司聚餐來吃過,話一試難忘 。今日路過,就嚟試下。咁啱又見到有枱都似係公司聚餐, 應該都係好多公司默認的落腳點。鄰近地鐵站, 地方雅緻,行中國風。菜單多選擇,看似平平無期,但原來都有驚喜。前菜醃製小黃瓜,酸酸甜甜,爽脆開胃脆皮鳳梨咕嚕肉(例牌)咕嚕肉粉薄肉厚, 外脆又肉質嫩滑,一吃就知唔係預製品,即炸再炒。長條形狀更可吸收更多酸甜汁。翡翠炒帶子蝦仁肥美肉厚帶子,及新鮮大蝦味, 鮮甜海鮮再炒上爽脆西芹,食到舐舐脷。整體對食物質素很滿意,價錢屬中位,但絕對物有所值。

呢度夜晚係酒樓嚟,不過我哋今次係下晝過嚟,所以就叫咗兩個佢哋嘅燒味餐嚟試吓呢度用嘅紫砂茶具真係好靚,建議打卡而我哋今次分別試咗玫瑰豉油雞同瑤柱貴妃雞兩份雞嘅色水都好靚,唔會太咸,雞皮薄,食埋都唔會覺邪惡好濃雞味,冇雪藏味食得出好新鮮;肉質好嫩滑,完全唔會嚡口,一路咬一路有肉汁流出嚟筆少少汁嚟撈飯或者點菜食都好正至於佢嘅燉湯好足料,濃郁但又唔多油,好清甜最得意嘅係用紫砂茶壺裝住,啲湯嘅顏色又似茶,好搞笑

呢間唔係普通中菜館,係真材實料嘅功夫菜殿堂。每一道菜都係慢工出細貨🍲 紫砂功夫螺頭燉湯一上枱就聞到陣陣藥材香,唔係嗰啲嗆鼻型,而係帶有溫潤感紫砂煲仲保持咗熱度,螺頭爽滑,湯底清甜又唔油膩🍍 脆皮鳳梨咕嚕肉講真,咕嚕肉係好多廚房嘅死亡之路:唔夠脆、唔夠酸、唔夠收汁!呢度拿捏得好好外皮酥脆,咬落仲有肉汁,鳳梨唔係罐頭貨色,係鮮甜微酸,有層次感甜酸汁掛得啱啱好,唔會整到成碟都淋身🥬啫啫唐生菜熱辣辣上枱,真係有啫啫聲嗰種!生菜唔會過熟,仍然保持清脆,蒜蓉香爆得出色,油香而不膩,仲有好多大大隻嘅蝦乾添🐮秘製汁乾炒牛河呢道又係另一道廚房黑洞牛河炒得唔黏底、唔油膩,碟底唔會油苙苙❤️秘製醬汁均勻地包住每條河粉,濃郁有層次,牛肉夠嫩滑,咬落有肉味河粉唔爛唔碎,火喉啱啱好

我和朋友2個人聚餐😁灣仔好多選擇,最好都係想食中菜,粵菜又想環境好,安靜一點,中華小館係唔錯選擇。紫砂功夫螺頭燉湯材料好豐富,有螺頭,瘦肉,雞肉,紅棗同麥冬等配料,用紫砂茶壺裝住個賣相好得意,而且仲可以保溫作用。紅燒乳鴿剛剛燒好熱辣辣,肉質鮮嫩,原來除咗可以加椒鹽,仲可以加點黑醋,好好味。翡翠炒帶子蝦仁芹菜配上草菇片和三色椒炒香,加上彈牙的帶子和蝦仁,鮮味十足。飯後甜品雪耳紅棗桂圓茶,晚飯後配一碗糖水,雪耳好清潤。
