臨近聖誕各大商場節日氣氛濃厚,作為大圍車站上蓋大型商場,圍坊的聖誕裝飾也見心思,除卻固定佈置如聖誕樹等,地板上還有聖誕動畫投射,為場地增添不少節日氛圍。商場有不少食肆,最後選擇念月樓,因為還是最喜歡飲茶。酒樓環境不錯,裝修沉實有格調,餐具華麗,絕對可提升用餐體驗。跟據資料,此乃世界廚師錦標賽2023得獎作品。金魚蝦餃做形可愛,口感及味道與正常蝦餃無異,龍皇牡丹蝦的餡料則是原隻鮮蝦,而龍珠是紅菜頭水晶餃。由於龍皇牡丹蝦只有一件,無緣品嚐,但紅菜頭水晶餃及海鮮湯都相當美味,總體而言,擺盤精美,食物可口,得獎實屬合理。小籠包的麻辣味道非常有勁度,湯汁中的花椒味十分突出,正好平衡了肉饀的肥膩感覺。鮮竹卷肉餡豐富,可惜味道單一,食材各自的鮮味並不明顯。泡脆米飯是平常蠔仔泡飯的變奏,蠔仔肉碎湯和脆米分別盛於不同器皿,蠔仔湯非常熱燙,而且充滿芫荽及中芹的香氣,熱湯可減脆米的油膩感,泡軟的米粒脆中帶軟,雙重口感,雙重美味。

Lubuds 集團的餐廳一向皆有水準,今次走到大圍圍方的「念月樓」,新開推廣平日晚上蔬菜類及炒粉麵飯有八折,吸引了我來。茶錢每位$20餐前小食 $25自動送來的餐前小吃是辣辣地的蓮藕片,爽脆微辣都唔錯。水煮厚切牛脷 $378心水推薦這個牛脷,因為是極厚切,咬落軟棉棉又爆汁,水煮汁香而不過辣,除非你自己挑辣椒吃。水煮湯內有不少其他材料,包括香港少吃到的花生芽、常見的蒿筍、竹荀、鴨血及必備的冬粉。做得精緻,不算油膩。砂鍋生拆蟹粉炒飯 $468在「紅棉」吃過類似菜式念念不忘,那蟹粉真心正,淋在砂鍋飯之上,已經垂涎欲滴!不過應該唔好咁快攪勻食,必須先邪惡地淨嚐。蟹肉炒飯內有非常多的帶子,味道鮮美。櫻花蝦魚湯魚滑泡時蔬 $178餐牌看來套餐幾抵食環境中高檔,新派中菜風格,招呼很好。餐廳入口右方是平台,飯後可以出去走一走,正有萬聖節佈置。
