今晚又去圍方去發掘一下美食,結果揀咗念月樓,坐底才知道原來是Lubuds集團的,覺得自已好犀利冇揀錯,因為Lubuds 一向水準都不錯。餐前小食 - 蓮藕片 $25少少辣的蓮藕片很爽脆,不錯的小食。水煮厚切牛脷 $378牛脷係我嘅至愛,一👀到「厚切牛脷」這四個字,就急不及待話要點,那種厚切絕對是我想要的,因為這樣才有「咬」口,加埋水煮汁的香辣味,教我如何不愛它呢!😋😋除咗牛脷,仲有其他配料如鴨血、竹筍、冬粉,還有花生芽,今晚係我第一次食這款花生芽,感覺味道似吃厚身芽菜,幾特別!砂鍋生拆蟹粉炒飯 $468見到侍應倒下那些蟹粉,已經聞到陣陣香味,非常邪惡的炒飯,𥚃面仲有好多帶子,食到舔舔脷,停不下來,很少在晚上吃那麼多炒飯!😜😜櫻花蝦魚湯魚滑泡時蔬 $178食咗太多濃味的牛脷或炒飯,所以要番一些清淡時蔬來平衡一下。 continue reading

移民英國舊同事回港睇mirror concert,順便約飯局,負責訂枱嘅以為舊同事仲同屋企人住喺名城,所以book咗喺圍方嘅念月樓。一入去,只感覺一個嘈字!係平常街坊茶樓嗰種嘈,頭頂speaker仲播埋音樂,幾影響用餐氣氛。我哋5個人嗌咗一個4人餐,本來見先嚟嘅頭盤唔算太大碟,所以另外再嗌多咗2樣嘢,但原來主菜都幾大碟,差啲就食唔晒,好彩兩位男士食力過人。蒜泥白肉(4人餐):呢個好味,蒜泥夠,調味唔鹹,肉肥瘦剛好。鮑汁雞腳(4人餐):醬汁濃稠好黏口,雞腳唔會太腍,仲有少少咬口。杏汁白肺湯(4人餐):杏仁味唔算好濃,但豬肺夠腍,湯亦唔算太油,算幾ok。黃酒豬手煲(4人餐):味道一般,亦唔係好腍,有啲難咬。雞油花雕蒸馬友(4人餐):唔講以為食緊清蒸黃花魚,肉質腍,亦完全冇雞油香。樟茶鴨(4人餐):鴨肉唔算太老,但又唔算嫩,味道中規中矩,配嘅饅頭因為得4件,所以冇食到,唔知夠唔夠軟熟。大舊招牌炒飯(4人餐):炒得幾好,算粒粒分明,亦唔會太鹹。椰汁馬蹄卷(4人餐):唔算太甜,但亦唔算好食,好一般。蘆筍炒鴿肉(單點):蘆筍唔算老,鴿肉唔算嫩,調味唔算太鹹,好普通。椒鹽鴨血(單點):呢個好食,鴨血夠實唔鬆散,椒鹽香口。環境寬敞,枱與枱之間空間足夠,但實在太嘈,好似屋邨酒樓一樣。 continue reading

之前係圍方食飯時候行過,見好多人等位,朋友話點心幾好食,於是襯差唔多過年就訂枱食團年飯。由於屋企人唔好辣,見個4人餐都唔錯,又唔駛煩諗食咩,就一於係佢。套餐包左2個前菜,有蒜泥白肉,幾好味,同鮑汁鳳爪,阿仔鍾意食。我最鍾意既杏汁豬肺湯,好入味。豬手炆得算腍,黃酒馬友,我就覺得一般,樟茶鴨,肉質唔錯,套餐仲有個炒飯,時蔬同甜品。另外,我地額外散叫左薑葱蠔同燒雞半隻。 服務同環境都好,價錢就略貴。不過下次都想試下佢地川菜味道。 continue reading

臨近聖誕各大商場節日氣氛濃厚,作為大圍車站上蓋大型商場,圍坊的聖誕裝飾也見心思,除卻固定佈置如聖誕樹等,地板上還有聖誕動畫投射,為場地增添不少節日氛圍。商場有不少食肆,最後選擇念月樓,因為還是最喜歡飲茶。酒樓環境不錯,裝修沉實有格調,餐具華麗,絕對可提升用餐體驗。跟據資料,此乃世界廚師錦標賽2023得獎作品。金魚蝦餃做形可愛,口感及味道與正常蝦餃無異,龍皇牡丹蝦的餡料則是原隻鮮蝦,而龍珠是紅菜頭水晶餃。由於龍皇牡丹蝦只有一件,無緣品嚐,但紅菜頭水晶餃及海鮮湯都相當美味,總體而言,擺盤精美,食物可口,得獎實屬合理。小籠包的麻辣味道非常有勁度,湯汁中的花椒味十分突出,正好平衡了肉饀的肥膩感覺。鮮竹卷肉餡豐富,可惜味道單一,食材各自的鮮味並不明顯。泡脆米飯是平常蠔仔泡飯的變奏,蠔仔肉碎湯和脆米分別盛於不同器皿,蠔仔湯非常熱燙,而且充滿芫荽及中芹的香氣,熱湯可減脆米的油膩感,泡軟的米粒脆中帶軟,雙重口感,雙重美味。 continue reading
