Daylight robbery with a cult culture. This restaurant is all around incompetent from food to staffs. Their business model seems to be focused on targeting lonely elderly who are prone to their hard selling techniques. 0 stars for the overcooked, flavourless and stale food costing $200 for every very average dish (ie dishes that don’t involve expensive ingredients like seafood). Examples: $298 for one small chicken Experience this week coming here twice while I visited my family in hk: - Lunch: staffs kept interfering with our personal conversations and commented on my appearance. Staffs going around with leftover dim sum and tried to push it to my father who cared about his ego so much in front of his “friends” aka the staffs - Dinner: when new customers come in the staffs immediately went around with their trolleys containing super expensive seafood including gigantic crabs and lobsters and tried to hard sell them to the customers. The crab they showed us was $998 and my father once again, found it hard to say no and I had to be the bad person rejecting. Hygiene: -5 stars. The bathroom is a health hazard. Pee on the floor in the stalls. Bathroom hygiene 100% indicates the hygiene of the restaurant. I did not want to come here at all. The total bill came to $1200 for 1 soup and 5 dishes and i literally felt robbed. I would’ve gone to a way more decent and higher end restaurant with the money spent. Conclusion: The restaurant operates like a cult to lonely elderly customers who care too much about their ego. They won’t even provide any benefit or discounts even you build relationships with their staffs and buy into their crappy food and service. The staffs should stay professional and keep a distance from their customers. Put your company’s effort on your food.

The queue here is really long if you don't have a booking.
There are 3 sets to choose from and we decided to try all 3 so we get to share the different types/grading of meat and enjoy more of the 4% miracle beef. It is mainly graded by its fine marbling  quality and being ranked as the top 4%. The top 4% was definitely the most tender but even the "cheapest" one was really soft and would even be a good choice if you want to choose something with less fat content. Another point is you have to return the table in 90 minutes as many people are waiting.

Had the most delightful brunch at Mano this past weekend!  This hidden gem in Kwun Tong is serving up seriously delicious Modern Italian cuisine. The restaurant itself is stunning - think classic European vibes with a touch of modern chic . Perfect for capturing those Insta-worthy moments.

For brunch, I couldn't resist their famous Parma ham pizza -  the combination of fresh mozzarella, juicy cherry tomatoes, and rocket was pure perfection.-
But the real star of the show was the New Zealand Rib Eye Steak   The red wine beef jus was an absolute revelation -  rich, flavorful, and the perfect dipping sauce for the perfectly cooked steak.  Fries were on point too! Booked 1:30, calling at 12:40 just to tell you unapologetically that due to rain (?!)and electricity (?!) the restaurant has to be closed. To be fair, yellow rain storm signal was hoisted until 1:45pm.

2/5 The abalone sauce rice is good. But other dishes just alright. Especially the fish maw taste blank, didn’t pre cook in chicken broth but water. We didn’t even eat one.

I seriously don’t eat shark fin, but my friend insists me to try and is really good! I mean shark fin doesn’t have much taste itself, but the thick broth they made was delicious! Others dishes are quite nice, the fried noodles more outstanding.

We’ve been to other branches of this same store previously with good experiences, however, the food at this one was unfortunately average at best 😓 . We ordered: ~ 京都炸醬麵 (HK style dry mixing noodles) ~ 南乳豬手撈麵 (Pork knuckle with dry mixing noodles) ~ 蛋黃千層糕 (Steamed Egg yolk layered cake) . I mean all in all it was disappointing because the noodles lacked any sauce to mix it in with and the meats were a tad bland. The egg yolk cake was probably better than both of the noodles 😅 . Not sure if it’s just this branch or whether overall quality has gone down but I’d not be rushing back to try this chain any time soon 😓

2/5 Went to Thai eatery before and the food was good there. Came here to try but a little disappointed. The pad Thai was not bad, sauce not too much so we can still enjoy the texture of the noodles. Tom yum and green curry both watery, the flavour was okay but just watery. Prawn and chicken choice could be better.

4/5 I tried a few times here, the master stock is beautiful. But the goose get rough when they almost close. If can keep the consistency, it will be a five!

Some of the worst and most rude service I've ever encountered in HK. They'd stop you mid-meal to move you to another table, just to make free space. They will wave the bill in your face to rush you out, even if you're still halfway done with your drink. The fact that you're a regular customer means nothing to them, it's all about maximizing profit

Accidently discovered this amazing dinner place in Wanchai, it is hidden in a commercial building so it si not so easy to notice. There are 2 floors, indoors and rooftops unstairs. The indoors looks cozy and the decoration is so nice. While I sit at the rooftop to enjoy the night view of the Victoria harbor ❤️ The staff very nicely recommended the wine that could suit our dishes, what's more enjoying than having the night view of the Victoria harbor dinner with a very decent price! Awesome!

D Spotted this playful korean place in Tsim Sha Tsui and i cannot wait to visit it with my friends! All the interior is decorated with gaming machine and cute bears, prefect for Instagram users to get the playful dinning picture. The hot plate with cheese, kimchi and pork is super cheesy! Excessive and prefect for cheese lovers! The korean spicy seafood tomato soup noodle is my favorite, the spice and tomato flavor is striking at just the right balance, and the noodle has great texture. if you love the korean butter and honey chips, this Korean butter honey fried chicken could never go wrong ❤️ The chicken is so freshly fried and juicy, loving the butter honey taste. The the kimchi pancake is my friend's best pick. Would definite recommend this place and visit again
