朋友生日提議要食中餐，無問題，見這間餐廳常係 OpenRice 彈出來，而正評也𣎴少，一於試新嘢。一早預定了枱子同北京填鴨。比預定枱子的時間早了二十分鐘到，侍應表示人齊入座，都正常的，因為全店都幾爆！一行八人點了，口水雞，兩款水餃，炒飯，麻醬麵，水煮牛，肉皮凍，雞絲粉皮，千層豬耳 同預定了的北京填鴨。其他的不詳述，只談一些比較深印象的。一隻北京填鴨足足有兩大碟的份量，皮熱辣辣，而且鴨皮脆肉嫩，不算好肥，讚！水煮牛，以份量而言，價位不算高。味道，辣度是中辣，夠麻！牛肉肉嫩，有大量粉皮。愛吃辣的要點！千層豬耳，其實是千層峰！爽脆帶辣，佐酒一流！肉皮凍，比較濃味的，好似食啫喱一樣！性價比高，不過唔好expect 一流服務，但係侍應們態度良好！雖然話限時，不過佢地冇催促我地買單。要提的是，此店只收現金同八達通！…查看更多

今日走到荃灣食lunch, 無乜 idea, 不如食茶木。佢地 weekday 有午餐供應。$68 有小食，麵或飯同飲品。份量不算大，食完唔係好夠飽，不過味道是 ok 的。芝麻醬鴨，味道有點似鹵水鴨，不過多了點芝麻醬。牛肉麵⋯⋯⋯ 份量有點少。飲品的黑糖薑茶還是可以的！不過$68， 可以接受吧！…查看更多

Finally can get the chance of trying the brunch of the restaurant. Booked the table using eatigo and enjoyed 25% off on the bill, only cover food but not beverage, and the discount also applies to the brunch set.We two ordered two brunch sets and finished on our own. There were several selections for brunch, at the price of below $200 u can enjoy a starter, which you can select among soup, oatmeal and yogurt, main course, which you can select among egg benedict with braised brisket, omelette, salad and brioche, and dessert. As an egg Benedict lover, I ordered it as main course and picked yogurt as my starter, while mom picked soup and omelette. The waiter quickly served us the warm bread with butter and the starters. The yogurt was bigger than expected and tasted good. It was covered by granola and berries. The taste was well balanced.For the egg Benedict, the portion didn't look big. The Benedict sauce was considered to be a little bit too thick to me, while the brisket was well seasoned, but I could not say it is a perfect match with the egg Benedict. 今日約咗瘋狂美食家吃午飯，地點由佢決定！當收到地點，唔通此餐廳有小菜食？唔緊要，好食便好了！雖然有 lunch set，不過我地決定打邊鍋！係打邊爐！原本想叫九格麻辣火鍋，不過侍應姐姐 counter suggest，提議我地叫一個麻辣，一個唔辣。而食物方面，最好的還是有半份 order, 可以試多幾款食物。首先端上的是一碗雪耳糖水，侍應姐姐解釋是有保護胃壁的作用。味道OK，不太甜！我地兩個大食積 order 了，冰豆腐，無骨鴨掌，午餐肉，雲吞，大腸，牛肉，豬頸肉，芝士腸同菜！麻辣湯底好香，辣得來有層次，麻同辣平均，食完唔口渴。牛肉超嫩滑, 大腸唔算太肥、無骨鴨掌打邊爐還是頭一次！整體OK，會再來試九格！…查看更多

I did not go travelling during the Oct 1 golden week, instead, i preferred to stay in Hong Kong and searched some good restaurants for eating.    Paper Moon is famous in Milan and is newly open in HK.   No need to wait as I have already made my reservation online which was confirmed the days before.  The waiter quickly served us water and provided us with the menu and drink list once we sat down. A table of three ordered (1) a cold cut platter, which is sufficient to serve 2 people, (2) homemade pappardelle, (3) salmon pizza and (4) seafood risotto.   With the great weather, I would like to order a glass of chilled white wine, what's a pity that no alcohol can be served as the restaurant has yet to be granted the license.   The bread basket was warm and fresh, and perfectly matched with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.   The waiter was very nice and asked us whether we would like to refill the bread basket which was freshly baked daily.    The cold cut platter was ok and served with a bowl of salad, which was fresh and crunchy.   The pizza was bigger than I expected.  The crust was crispy and the smoked salmon was full of fish oil.    Homemade pappardelle is a signature dish of Paper Moon.   The pappardelle was al dente and the sauce was rich which we finished the sauce with the bread basket.    Seafood risotto was the last dish to be served which was nicely cooked and well mixed with the diced seafood, most importantly, the sauce was rich and nice.    Really too much starch and too full to order dessert.   In short, the price is reasonable with the consideration of its fame, location and quality.    Will come again and hope that can enjoy the food with a glass of chilled white wine in next visit.  …查看更多

Sogo's Supermarket has gathered several snack shops, including quiche shop, cheese tart shop and pie shop, which attracted a lot of eyeballs and foodies to queue up for both the cheese tarts and meat pies.   There was no queue at the time of arrival (around 2:30 pm) and can order 3 beef pies and 1 apple pie without waiting.  In the packing, there was a card which served the purpose of serving suggestion.  The suggested serving method is that you can put the pie into the microwave oven for 20 seconds for heating.   However, I would suggest to put into the pre-heated oven instead.   The pastry is great, crispy but not too greasy.    For the stuffing, minced beef was well mixed with fried onion, which was tasty and sweet, but you can only eat stuffing after a few bites.    Given the meat was minced, it is pretty hard to tell whether it is Angus beef or Kobe beef......  For the apple pie, I did not put it in the microwave oven, but served it at room temperature instead.   As compared tomeat pie, it seems that the pastry of meat pie is better.    As a conclusion, the pie is good for tea time, while the meat pie is comparatively better the apple pie, hence, I will come back for the meat pie again.....…查看更多

Walked past Sen-ryo @ Sun Plaza and noted that they offered lunch sets during weekend. The waiter quickly arranged us for seating as there were no people waiting, probably we arrived at the shop pretty early that day.   We flipped through the menus, but couldn't locate the set lunch menu as shown outside, hence, we asked the waiter whom gave us that menu after we asked.  The sets were priced from $128 to $168, including miso soup, salad, sushi/sashimi rice/bento, tea/coffee and dessert.  We ordered a sushi platter set and a bento set.    As there were not many people ordering the set lunch, we need to wait for over 15 minutes for food.  There were 11 sushi in the sushi platter, including scallop, prawn, tuna, salmon, sword fish, salmon roe and egg.  All of them were fresh and in bite size.  While the bento set was a very nice one, including sashimi, small portion of grilled eel rice, shrimp and sweet potato tempura, cold udon in sesame salad dressing, grilled fish and deep fried prawn roll.   Not bad at all with its price and serving size. For the miso soup, I expected that it should be a standard one, but it surprised me that it had a shrimp head inside.   Last but not least, the dessert of the day was cheese cake, which was rich and creamy, and the meal was ended with a cup of hot coffee.   As a conclusion, the price of the lunch set was reasonable with the consideration of its portion and quality, also the no of items included.   …查看更多

預祝好朋友生日，朋友一向喜歡試新野，所以佢提議去 Flipper's 。餐廳冇得電話訂座要現場排隊等位，唉，唯有寄望唔駛排好耐。3:15 pm 到達，見到人龍唔短。終於在4:30 有位啦！ 餐廳暫時只有甜食pancake，飲品有fruit punch，咖啡/茶同果汁。簡簡單單 order 一個 plain pancake，flipper's punch 同 cafe latte。等咗二十分鐘，主角終於出場，侍應再三提醒要用兩隻义食。唔⋯⋯⋯⋯味道同質感，只可以說是普通，好普通，空氣感不是太感覺到。下次來不來？如果要等多過半個鐘，可以有更好的選擇吧！…查看更多

芽莊係海港城長龍店之一，亦係當我唔知食乜好嘅時候嘅首選。可能今日早到，終於不用等位了。簡單地叫了一碗生牛肉爽腩河，越式春卷同越南咖啡。生牛肉爽腩河熱辣辣的牛骨湯足以令生牛肉變熟，加上青檸汁同辣椒，就更加好味。爽腩有點硬，不易咬開。下次還是點生牛肉河就好了。越式春卷餡料充足，熱辣辣亦香脆，用生菜加點香葉包著食，唔加魚露都已經好好食。越南咖啡越南咖啡有一種獨特的香味同濃醇。睇著啲咖啡慢慢滴落下來，感覺很治癒。除左生牛肉河同春卷外，順化牛肉河、蕃茄蟹檬都同班蘭燒牛肉也很值得推介。in short，性價比高啦！…查看更多

今日同事有揸車，可以去遠少少嘅elements食lunch。因為常去的餐廳有條頗長的人龍，都唔知要等到幾時，所以轉陣去稻城亞丁。簡單午餐點了兩餸一點心，再加一個白飯share。宮保蝦球蝦球都算幾大隻同爽口，不過不是太入味。可取的是個汁惹味，佐飯都ok。而以性價比而言，小妹就覺得唔高，因為此餸定價為$178！家常豆腐豆腐頗滑，有冬菇，肉片同蔬菜。不過個獻汁都頗大同油。小籠包湯汁算多，皮也薄，不過可惡嘅係四隻小籠包有三隻個皮喺上枱時已經爛咗。…查看更多

本來想去食另一間餐廳@8咪半，不過那間餐廳closed 咗，所以朋友提議去愉景新城搵食。行下行下行到去藏身於不起眼位的鳥山名！餐牌上有魚生，壽司，燒物和鍋物。侍應小姐亦推介咗有幾個特別items，包括大根煮鰈魚，花竹蝦等。我地兩個人 order 咗1. 八貫壽司有兩件軍艦和六件魚生。兩件軍艦係吞拿魚腩碎同海膽。六件魚生有帶子，赤蝦，白身魚。全部 bite size，一啖一件冇難度。魚生大致上新鮮，而海膽亦唔腥冇怪味。2. 燒牛舌（薄切）餐牌上嘅價錢是兩串價錢，不算進取。從外形上很難知道佢係牛舌。牛舌上有孜然粉，好惹味，佐酒0k。3. 大蔥雞肉串雞肉唔算滑，不過個汁好味，又係佐酒之選。4. 牛肉鍋個湯甜甜的，牛肉唔算多，但有很多蔬菜。朋友欣賞，小妹則覺得是up to standard。5. 大根煮鰈魚侍應小姐介紹同解釋鲽魚其實有點似魔鬼魚，見價錢不貴，不妨一試。個汁有少少甜，大根亦好甜，不過鰈魚不是太入味同不是太滑，可能是肉質問題吧！6. 清酒價錢是$100樓下，本釀造，不過不失吧！…查看更多

雖然係日本料理，不過我每次來都食熟食，例如牛舌set，豬腩肉set，其中我最愛係泡菜豬肉set。 今日又來了，天氣有點悶熱，要食D辣野開開胃，所以又order 了泡菜豬肉set。上餐速度快，熱辣辣的泡菜豬肉飯，很快就端上。泡菜炒豬肉，泡菜不是死辣死酸，豬肉薄薄的唔肥，有少少汁，拌飯一流。set 亦包了茶碗蒸，配菜，味噌汁同咖啡/茶。茶碗蒸尚算滑，冇overcooked。如果你想食日本家庭料理，大戶屋是ok 的。…查看更多

一向覺得新港中心無咩嘢食。星期六下午經過見到呢間餐廳，好似幾 full，而餐牌亦幾特別，不妨一試吧。雖然要等位，不過很快便被安排入座。 reception 小姐提醒用餐為一個半小時，反正兩個人，應該足夠吧！兩個人叫了1. 燒乳鴿見到差不多每一枱也叫，賣相不差，價位亦很相宜。熱辣辣亦醃得入味。2. 角包超邪惡呀！包內包著有一塊少少肥的豬肉！3. 葱油樹雞例牌份量也不少。被分配到雞胸位置，啖啖肉。蔥油味香, 亦食到淡淡的沙薑味！4. 點來聚聚個名幾得意，其實係點心拼盆。賣相ok，有鬆糕，芋蓉包，三款餃類。鬆糕唔夠鬆，餃類以賽螃蟹餃較為出色。5. 泥鯭粥唔夠果皮香，魚肉亦唔多，最大敗筆係唔夠熱，只係微暖！Service 尚算attentive，價錢ok，可以再來！…查看更多

之前聽朋友推介，今日一行六人便來試一試。花多眼亂，我們點了八道菜1. 老火例湯只要like 餐廳的Facebook同加$1一位就有老火例湯。雖然係優惠，但係都唔hea。2. 㰖菜骨啖啖肉，有㰖菜味又甜甜地，不錯3. 金沙茄子邪惡之選！茄子俾鹹蛋黃重重包圍，每一啖都有鹹蛋香。4. 煎煮龍躉同想像中有出入，以為係煎封！點知上菜時係有湯呀！啖湯OK，有鹹菜，龍躉魚塊好滑魚皮厚厚的，充滿骨膠原！5. 避風塘德國豬手另一邪惡之選！以為係有大量蒜蓉果種，點知又係另一surprise! 有大量辣椒鋪面，以為好辣，不過唔辣！啖啖肉，食肉獣之選！6. 柚皮鵝掌煲柚皮真係好正呀！ 唔苦冇澀味又入味！7. 藕片炒肉片Well, 個餸名應該係複雜啲！不過是鑊氣小炒！8. 鮑汁撈粗份量不少，冇梘水味！9. 甜品又係優惠，味道0k la! 始終係送的，不過唔 hea!性價比高，又free corkage! …查看更多

之前有食過莆田，不過印象唔深。今日朋友提議食莆田，也好再試一試吧！安排入座後，侍應們很快便端上前菜，有花生同菜脯，和一人一位的生果。一行四人叫了：1. 豬腳凍份量不多，豬腳凍切成了小丁，味道尚可。2. 螄蚶同潮汕的螄蚶有一點不同，潮汕style是偏向生的，這個螄蚶偏熟，好似食蛤蜊。不過因為有生蒜，好惹味。3. 鹽焗豬肝調味簡單是食物原味。4. 九轉小腸豬有豬味是最佳description。5. 荔枝菠蘿肉外形上同咕嚕肉是相同，味道也是大致相同。不過粉醬不厚，亦有點脆口。6. 炆苦瓜苦瓜微甘，是一道家庭菜7. 芋蓉鴨芋頭是其中一樣最愛的食物。外皮炸得脆脆，芋蓉好"棉", 芋頭同鴨肉比例是1:1，啖啖肉。佐酒一流！8. 興化米粉米粉份量不少，炒得很乾身，亦有很多配料，最喜愛的還是炸紫菜。四個人 order 八個菜，好的食物加上說不盡的話題，渡過了一個愉快的Monday blue 晚上。…查看更多
