Wait time: we went there on a Thursday evening 6:30pm, No waiting yes~Environment: the place is alright, enough privacy between tables.Food: since we haven’t already tried their famous hainan chicken rice, this time we opt for other various dishes. We got the steamed fish which was very tender and lots of flavors. Very juicy inside and cooked perfectly. Very juicy inside and cooked perfectly. We also got their famous shrimp toasts, wonderful side dishes with lots of meat and black truffle sauce nice. We also had their version of oyster pancake, I must say it’s quite different than the HK version as it’s super crunchy and not too eggy, very cool. Finally I had their stir fry veggies which is fantastic, very fresh and flavorful.
Service: lots of staff, very attentive
Pricing: $500 for 2 ppl
