Majimeya is one of those restaurants that manages to produce high quality food, at relatively low prices. Located in TST, it's quite easily accessible, as it's only around 2-3 minutes away from the MTR exit. A unique method of cooking the delicious, seasoned Angus beef, which allows it to remain juicy and fragrant! The portion is also really big, and the beef is meaty, with some amounts of fat.

This method of cooking the salmon ensured that the outer borders are rougher, and the inside remains smooth and soft. The contrast in texture creates an interesting combination in the mouth. Although I preferred the Tataki with Bonito Straw that I tried last time, this one is also really good too.

This mackerel was cooked really well! The meat was so soft and it was served steaming hot. The fish didn't even require any extra sauce or seasoning, as it was innately already very flavourful.

A quick snack to end the dinner, at the form of this skewer. The chicken cartilage, though a little burnt around the edges, was seasoned well, and it was very crunchy indeed.
