There are always a lot of choice of Food when I passes through each MTR station. Maybe because HK is a super busy city which people loves fast food and have a need of having them, so there are more and more shops opening in every MTR stations.Before, there was always a shop of Beard Papa which sold puff, but now it seemed that nearly all beard papa has already changed to Choux Creme!! Before, there was always a shop of Beard Papa which sold puff, but now it seemed that nearly all beard papa has already changed to Choux Creme!! Choux Creme unlike Beard Papa which would always produce some really nice appealing smell of butter and puff in the MTR station especially in Mong Kok MTR station!!
Today, I suddenly craved for puff, therefore I bought one from Choux Creme!! The service that I received was really good, the lady serving me was really polite and the whole buying process was really smooth.
My first bite was puff only, there was not even a tiny bit of cream... I thought maybe all cream naughtily ran to the other side of the puff. Then, my second bite, finally there was some cream tasting sweet but not too heavy!! My third bite, only half of the whole puff had cream , I felt quite angry at that moment because a puff should be full of cream but... there was NOT!!!
Although the cream itself was quite light in texture and got a strong vanilla taste, the proportion of cream and puff was not right, it should be like 80% of cream with 20% of puff but the one I had today was just 50-50!!
I hope it was just me being UNLUCKY this time, hope next time I can get a better one!!
