Since Sunday is here, we decided to pick a place where we can relax and have a perfect brunch. We picked Eddy Chu since it’s OpenRice top search in TST and it’s also overlook the harbor view which is perfect for the weekend. We arrived at around 3:30pm, which is perfect for their afternoon tea menu option! We picked both set to give it a try.The sets include the appetizer which was quite fresh and tasty. The first starter came which was two sunny fried eggs, salmon and garlic bread. I loved it - that’s what brunch is! Eggs cooked well, salmon is tasty, garlic bread was hot.

For the second starter, we picked the scramble eggs along with ham cubes and garlic bread. The ham was a surprise for me since I don’t usually eat ham, but this is tasty.

The first main dish came first and it’s pan fried chicken breast with macaroni. The chicken was moist and the skin was crispy.
