I still remember how great this tea set was a year ago, but a year later I've paid another visit and it was not as great.Anyway these were the sweets that totally won my heart last yearSalmon puffs:nice smoked salmon but the shortcrust was pretty dullParma HamA little hard to actually chew them and it wasn't too fresh.Strawberry tart:Sweet strawberry but the base was not crispy enoughGreen tea eclair:creamy puff topped with rich green tea sugary layer! Parma Ham
A little hard to actually chew them and it wasn't too fresh.
Strawberry tart:Sweet strawberry but the base was not crispy enough
Green tea eclair:
creamy puff topped with rich green tea sugary layer! My fav
Rasberry lamington and macaron:
the sour rasberry balanced out the sweet macaron
I liked such a new flavor of lamington
Mango mousse cake:Very spongy and creamy with sweet mango
Chocolate cake:
The choclate truffle on top was my loveee!
The cake could be a little stronger in chocolate though
This was one of the cakes included in the buffet sessionCoated with vanilla and white chocolate
It was sooo good!
Didn't take a close-up pic on the scones and the truffle flans
They're one of the best I've had in town as well
Also the free flow of icecream... omg I had 4 scoops
