The food was great but reception service was awful. I thought the lady taking our phone reservation was a bit weird at first when she laid down the house rules like she was some camp warden. No flexi start/finish hours for your 2 hour limit. You want a nice table to celebrate your husband’s birthday? I was only hoping that my husband on his birthday would enjoy some nice buffet and happy time with my mother in law.
Even though I had booked the table two weeks in advance, I was a bit embarrassed when the day arrived and saw where the phone lady took us to sit. It was supposed to be a table for two only but they forced a third chair on one end of the table with its position sticking out into the aisle between rows. So the waiters and other customers would be walking around you all the time while you are trying to eat. No other chairs in the restaurant were positioned in the aisle like that. I’ll stick with hotel buffets next time for this price.
