I hv been wanting to dine here for a long time and was never able to book a table. I finally managed to book a table last night during this virus period. We went at 6:30pm and got a window side table. Spectacular view of HK harbour. The menu was interesting & pricey. We ordered the Japanese Lily Bulbs as starter (very delicious despite simple ingredients, very fresh), Waygu beef cheeks (super tender, melt in your mouth, yummy sauce), pumpkin with egg white ( a whole pumpkin steamed with egg white , again, simple ingredients but cooked in a delicious way), and crabmeat vermicelli ( a bit disappointing coz not much crab meat in it). Water and tea are charged the same price per head. The interior design is modern and hip, also with outdoor seating. Service is very professional and attentive . This is worth trying for a special occasion. Total spent $1153 for two . I think we could hv ordered one less dish as we were too full afterwards. Great place to take out of town guests.
