This is my second time going to Afuri. This time, I tired the Yuzu-tsuyu Tsukemen. The texture of the reman wasn't as firm as the soup based reman. The dip was way too salty and not enough yuzu favor in comparison to the soup base yuzu reman. It was a bit of a disappointment and I would recommend others to just go for their signature Yuzu Shino reman only.
