Needless to say, we were pretty excited to finally pay a visit and taste their new take on the Korean ‘egg drop’ toast. Out of the 4 options, we chose the crab meat and beef shigureni, which were not cheap compared to the other places we’ve tried. There was plenty of crab meat, which went well with the thick butter toast, crunchy lettuce leaves and fluffy scrambled egg.

However, we felt that the beef shigureni one had too much flavor going on although the meat texture was quite juicy and tender. (maybe we had too high expectations or are just too picky...)

Both lattes were on the mild and bitter side, but with a smooth and silky texture from the quality ingredients (tip: order the hot version for pretty latte art)
