I recently dined at a delightful Lebanese restaurant and was truly impressed by the authentic flavors and warm atmosphere.The Hummus was a standout, featuring creamy chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon, and olive oil, served alongside warm pita. To finish, the Boz Bil Laban, a creamy rice pudding, was the perfect sweet note to end the meal—light and delicious.
