Yuen Kee is a very long-standing dessert shop that is renowned for their traditional Chinese dessert soups. I tried a few of the dessert soups, and liked the almond dessert soup the best for its silky texture and refined almond taste. I also liked how you could add an egg or lotus seeds to any of the dessert soups.They are also famous for a housemade steamed cake made with eggs. The cake was light and fluffy, but it was a tad dry.
