This little shop does offer something different in the Kwun Tong area... By having this piece of Rocky Salt plate to go with every one of the sashimi dish... a very unique way of enjoying the fresh food here... Tiny little shrimp to get our taste bud ready for the real things... these little snacks was quite good... not too salty, but crunchy with a bit of bitter taste... nice.
But when it comes to the main offer.... sashimi... it will be my area....Shellfish is fresh, and with the natural salty element form the Salt Plate, it's really enrich the taste in a different way... lighter than soy sauce, but still maintaining the original taste of the food.
O Toro with the added favour does give a new element of enjoyment... immediately melted in the mouth ... and the owner does offer premium food for the Omakase set... well done...
Snapper Roll is nice too, and texture was a bit chewy, but still very nice to go with... 
Homemade Salmon Roe.... must try... as they are not salty in anyway but so sweet and warm when they start bursting in your mouth...
Uni, can't go too wrong... very rich in taste and can only be served at last to finish the sashimi part...
After a few sashimi offers... the set comes with a nice Hiroshima Oyster, quite fatty and big in portion.... and when they are grilled half done... the juicy oyster becomes a nice chewy dish for you to really enjoy the sea water taste with a strong contrast of the rich oyster meat.... I really like it... 
You can see it's really quite big in size... 
Sushi Roll was a surprise as well, with the veggie inside giving you a very different after taste... very clever way to play around.. 
Melon was served at last to have a nice finishing...
