The platter includes Premium Miyazaki Wagyu Chunk Roll, Premium Miyazaki Wagyu Karubi, and Kogashima Pork Belly.  
The chunk roll and Karubi were juicy, tender, and had the right amount of fat.  The Kogashima Pork Belly had a crispy exterior when grilled, with the meat being bouncy and slightly chewy.
