My mom and American friends are in Hong Kong for my brother's big wedding. They stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in TST. This was the first time I visited the hotel and had a very nice full breakfast there. I haven't seen so many variety of food for breakfast. They have fresh fruit, oatmeal, bread, crossiant, pastry, jam, juice and hot Chinese dishes. It would take me 3 days to try all the dishes. Bagel need to bake it warm and then put on cream cheese. The smoke salmon is very taste

Congee was good but not many customers want it because of too much options
