Great fan of the singer owner. Enjoyed the decor and concept, but sadly, the service was terrible plus food was only mediocre. Overall dining experience was not pleasant because several waitstaff carried long faces throughout the meal. Food came out really slowly, there was a long pause between each course. Overall dining experience was not pleasant because several waitstaff carried long faces throughout the meal. Food came out really slowly, there was a long pause between each course. Then towards the end, before dessert was even served, they were rushing us off as the afternoon tea session was about to begin.
One funny anecdote, my mom was the first to order, she requested for an onion soup. Waiter responded with “Who will have soup?” My natural response “My mother.” Only to realize later on he was taking order “Cha Chan Tang” style, looking for the rest of the group to put up their hands if they wanted soup. 🤣 We got a good laugh ! Just didn’t expect this kind of service at such a nicely decorated restaurant.
Sadly I don’t think I’ll return again.
