Terrible service

We waited at the entrance counter, plenty of staff buzzing around the payment counter but no one bothered to check for customers waiting. Staff walking around restaurant also ignored us. One literally strolled past within 2 metres while I was eagerly trying to get her eye contact. But she never turned to look. We left after standing there for a couple of minutes with no service being offered. This was at 2.30pm. Restaurant was bustling but not full. Worst of the Pici branches visited to date. Wi
