After finishing my appointment, it was already dinner time so i just went to one of the nearest stores for dinner. Jiu Fen Full was located at Universal Commercial House, few minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR.Their menu was simple and straight-forward, offering appetizers, rice or noodles, dessert and drinks. Winter melon with lemon drink - It was cooling and sweet, with strong lemon taste as well.
Braised beef noodles - Noodles were smooth and chewy and the soup was clear and flavourful as well, absorbing the essence of beef broth. Beef were tender and juicy too.
Fried chicken cubes - It was fried till the skin was crispy, and chicken was juicy and chewy too, flavourful as well.
Taro ball desserts - The chef was generous with the portion, with lots of taro ball, jelly and tofu in it. Taro balls were smooth and chewy, and jelly were soft as well. The dessert was refreshing and sweet too.
